We loved every bit of it! From the delicious fresh breakfast served at the rooftop, to the welcome mint tea and snacks, the room decoration and comfortable beds. We also requested dinner our last night and it was amazing, highly recommended 😊. But our favourite part was the Riad staff which really went out of their way to make our stay special always with a smile and so much kindness ❤️

Perfectly located on the edge of the old medina, it’s spotlessly clean and offers an authentic, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Breakfast is delightful, and the homemade dinners on the rooftop—accompanied by birdsong—are something special. What really makes this place stand out is the team: Pierre and his staff (Zeinab, Ilham, and Ahmed) make you feel like a valued guest in their own home, with warmth and professionalism that’s hard to match. It’s so peaceful and cocooning that you could easily spend your whole stay here—relaxing on the terrace, reading in the shade, enjoying a hammam or massage in the spa next door—only venturing out when you feel like it (the souks are just a short walk away).

“Everything perfect.”

One of the most beautiful, clean, and welcoming accommodations I’ve ever experienced. The place looks exactly like the photos—if not even better—and always smells amazing. Daily cleaning is a big plus and truly appreciated. The location is perfect: right in the city center, surrounded by terraces and restaurants, and very close to the souk. The staff is exceptional—especially Abderrazaq, who was incredibly helpful, always asking about our day and constantly being there for anything we needed. He is truly an amazing person and made our days better. The ladies there were also very kind and helpful. They even prepared breakfast early for us when we had a trip, and the owner personally checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Breakfast was varied and very filling. I rarely write reviews, but this place truly deserves a perfect score.

“Shame, it could've been nice”

Breakfast was fine, but fried eggs were totally over cooked. Tea was a low quality tea dust tea bag, served with a cafetiere of hot water, not even a tea pot. Terrace was nice, if a bit tired Staff guy was pleasant, though English was extremely limited

The riad is absolutely beautiful, like something straight out of One Thousand and One Nights. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the main square, and easily accessible by taxi from the nearby plaza. The rooftop breakfast was wonderful, enjoyed with stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable and generously sized.

We loved everything - from breakfast and dinner, to our room and the position of the Riad! The terrace was something else too! But the thing that wowed us the most is the kindness and hospitality of the staff in the Riad. Mohamed, Ilham, Ahmed and others went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. “Exceptional Stay”

I absolutely loved my stay at Riad Da Chacha. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, peaceful and away from the busy main streets, yet easily accessible, with taxis stopping just a few meters away. The riad is beautiful, quiet, and chic, with exquisite details in every corner. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, the bed was super comfy, and the rooftop terrace, filled with lush plants, felt like a serene garden. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff made me feel truly welcome and at ease. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay again.

“Royal like experience in the medina”

It was an unforgettable experience, I loved every bit of it. From the moment we arrived at the riad , we received a welcome tea and even a complementary breakfast as we came early. When we entered the riad it was like entering in a hidden oasis- the smell is amazing, and the water in the flowing water in the middle creates an idyllic atmosphere. Everything is thought to the last detail. The rooms are very nice - we had flowers, welcome sweets, water - everything was clean and super cozy. The terrace is very nice too - we enjoyed to have breakfast there and to chill after a busy day in the medina. It is a very cozy vibe. The personnel is really amazing. You had always someone downstairs to help us, to assist us with anything starting from tea to even washing and cutting the strawberries I got at the market. Pierre - the manager of the riad - is an experience in itself - he welcomed us and even gave us a mini virtual tour of the medina - where to go , what to see. I had a full introduction to Marrakesh and to the riad - and he was very very professional and you can see he did the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable. He helped us to rent a car, and to reserve a hamam - which I definitely recommend. The hammam is opposite the riad and it is a must do experience. You will feel pampered. The breakfast at the riad was great - I was looking forward to it every morning . And every day we got a juice in the afternoon. Honestly I could have just stayed at the riad these two days to enjoy it. I really recommend this riad.

We had the most amazing stay at Riad Dar Chacha. We were very warmly welcomed by the team and then had a really great call from owner, Pierre, who guided us through his WhatsApp map of detailed things to do on our stay, which was so helpful. The Riad is beautiful and the bedroom exceptional, we slept so well in the most comfortable bed! The, rooftop terrace is a delight and a welcome break from the madness of the souks. The breakfasts we're, also delicious and plentiful and set us up for the day. We would highly recommend staying at this Riad.

Riad Dar Chacha was a magical place. The interior is very elegant, the staff was super friendly. General Manager Pierre gave us a lot of infos about the city and sights we could visit. The Riad was perfectly located in the centre of the Medina. Don‘t miss out on the delicious breakfast. All in all a wonderful experience.

“Fantastic stay and great with everything”

Fantastic property with the great location, style listed as you will see the Morocco style which it was a great start of your holiday. Great location as it not far to go any famous places, Pierre is the greatest owner, all the staff were so nice and went extra miles with our stay. Pierre was also help is with all the transport between different places/cities which make our holiday hassle free. We had dinner in the Riad at the first night which was so authentic and delicious.

Good breakfast. Lovely to eat on the roof top terrace. Loved the fresh juice mix available in the day. The guide that Pierre sent through was very helpful - we loved visiting the Secret Garden, and the route guidance to the Medina was most useful. We were provided with an early breakfast without asking as we had an early start for our flight.Staff were very accommodating. Our dinner on the terrace was super. One of our best overall meals.

Great place and good staff. Organised airport transfer for only 150 mcd too and walked us to the taxi outside. They cook good meals and breakfast too. Beds comfortable and rooms clean.

Wow we had an absolutely incredible stay at Riad Dar Chacha which far exceeded my expectations! We couldn’t have wished for more attentive and kind hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. Pierre was on hand to help with anything we needed. We were given detailed tips about what to do in the area, our hosts arranged taxis for us and we had the most delicious home cooked dinner at the riad in a romantic setting with mood lighting and rose petals - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The breakfast, mint tea and juice was incredible, still dreaming of it now. I cannot wait to come again and I would recommend Riad Dar Chacha to anyone. A calm oasis in a vibrant bustling city.
