I had a wonderful stay at Riad Botanica and truly felt taken care of from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautiful, very authentic, and full of charm — exactly the kind of Moroccan experience I was hoping for. What made this place especially memorable was the incredibly warm and attentive staff. As a solo female traveler, I really appreciated how they would even meet me when I returned late in the evening to make sure I got back safely. They also helped arrange a hammam and massage at their second riad, and honestly, it was one of the best hammam experiences I’ve had. The team went above and beyond throughout my stay, even walking me to the tour transfer meeting point to make sure I found it without stress. Their kindness and hospitality made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. I would absolutely recommend Riad Botanica to anyone visiting Marrakech — especially if you’re looking for an authentic, beautiful, and genuinely caring experience.

We were greeted at our drop off by a member of the team who had organised all our transfers and taxis during our stay and luggage carried for our return home journey,any of our requests were fulfilled,convenient location for all our activities we had booked,rooms had everything we needed,staff were friendly and polite and always had a smile,we would stay here again,it was a wonderful stay.

The generosity and care provided by the staff, particularly Hamza, was first class. As a solo female traveller I was careful about choosing where to stay for my first visit to Marrakech. Riad Botanica were so reassuring and responsive with everything, from their initial emails discussing my stay to the WhatsApp check ins they provided during my trip. They kindly organised my efficient and safe transport from the airport. They also even helped me organise emergency healthcare treatment. I felt so safe and supported. The riad itself is gorgeous and serene, just minutes away from the bustling Souks. I also dined at the riad for breakfast and one evening meal. The food was delicious and the staff so attentive. I would without hesitation book to stay here again if return to Marrakech.

Everything about our stay here was perfect. The Riad is beautiful, like a tranquil little piece of heaven. The room was comfortable and decorated so tastefully, the courtyard and the roof terrace both wonderful places to sit and relax with a cup of mint tea! Hamza looked after us so well and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious too.
