Situated a 5-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square, this Moroccan riad features a rooftop terrace with sun beds, a plunge pool and a lounge with a TV and books. Car rental is available on site. With a traditional décor, each room at Riad Bayti includes a seating area and a private bathroom with original Tadellakt. A Moroccan breakfast is served on the terrace, on the patio or in your room. You can sample local specialties in the dining room, which features a fireplace. Massages can be done on site and a hammam is available next to the riad. “Perfect stay”
We had an amazing stay at this Riad! The location is perfect—central and convenient for exploring everything in Marrakech. A special thanks to Abdoul, who essentially runs the whole place; he was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was seamless. The entire staff was flawless and assisted us with every request. With such excellent value for money and top-tier service, we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back!

Staff - Abdul and team were great; friendliness, helpfulness and service, location was perfect (just a brief alley from spice market/the mellah, but not complicated to get to) - right at the foot of the busy souk area that leads up to jemaa el fana, very close to Bahia & Badi palaces, Saadian Tombs & the Kasbah. The decor was authentic and the small touches were lovely, our room was spacious and we got upgraded (for a small charge) to a suite as our party increased, the rooftop terrace was amazing ! Breakfast was good, the tortoise was a nice touch and Abdul gave us flexibility to leave bags, return back to the riad to freshen up and arranged a taxi for our evening flight.

Beautiful courtyard and comfortable clean beautifully decorated rooms . A warm welcome after a seamless airport transfer with mint tea. Easy to walk to main sights. Great breakfast. Highly recommended!

location is good: it is on a quite narrow street (might be a bit hard to find so better to order taxi from riad first time) but it is not a problem and place is good to reach main places of interest. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tea in riad was good, recommend ordering.

Location is excellent and the rooftop was a wonderful, peaceful escape in the afternoon after a day of the hot crazyness in the souks. The breakfast was lovely and slightly different each day, it more than filled us up till lunch. The staff arranged a hammam for us & actually walked us there! That was the best thing after a couple of days walking around & a really fun experience. Beautifully tucked away, I would definitely book again

“I would return”
I enjoyed my stay and wish it had been longer. Yes the location is good, the room and common areas are very inviting, including the terrace, it was the staff that made my stay very memorable. They helped with my transportation from the airport, and onward, presented tea and snacks on arrival, prepared a delicious breakfast, and always had smiles and willingness to share a conversation with a solo traveler. Thank you very much!

The host and staff were super friendly and helpful. The riad was beautifully furnished. We had a 3 bedroom room which was spacious and offered everything we needed. I would definitely rebook next time!

It was definitely a pleasure to stay at Riad Bayti. The rooms were clean and well kept, the riad was really pretty. What made it extra special were the staff. They were lovely, always made sure we were taken care of well. Our first night, there was something wrong with the room but Abdel organised a room in another riad nearby. He also arranged an airport transfer for us to and from the riad. I loved the traditional breakfast they had every morning. I would definitely stay there again when I come back to Marrakesh.

Ideal location for a quick walk to the centre Medina square, roughly 10-15 mins. Staff were super friendly and accommodating especially with enquiries about visiting a wonderful Hammam.

A well-located Riad with a fabulous roof terrace, complete with loungers and tables in shaded area. Very comfortable and authentic with friendly and helpful staff who were very attentive at breakfast time and in the evenings.

Accessible, tortoises were very fun and so was the pool. Rooms were large and spacious and I definitely would come here with my family (travelled with friends). Very close to Bahia Palace!

Riad Bayti is located in central. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Highly recommend this place for family to stay.
