Riad Al Massarah provided us with an exceptional and serene stay in Marrakesh. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, assisting us with various inquiries even prior to our arrival. They truly elevated our experience by curating extra activities for us, such as a private guided tour with a fantastic guide who was remarkably knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. The room itself was spacious, immaculate, and served as a peaceful haven from the vibrant energy of the city. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish.

We had a great stay at Riad Al Massarah. I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to this time. We would normally book a hotel but I was advised to go for a good Riad to get the proper medina experience and it didnt disappoint. Aisha, Juno, Ayoub, Khalid manage the place superbly, Laila is an amazing cook dishing up egg tagines for breakfast and a variety of tagines for dinner, Juno makes an awesome cortado, Soufain will do whatever is required from lighting fires to keeping the pool looking nice, Ayoub and Khalid are super helpful for anything else you may need in the day, the cleaning team do a solid job and you will often see Abderrahim though the night. Everyone works very hard to keep this place humming.

We were met and taken to the Riad which is helpful as you need to get your bearings, from the moment you step through the doors it is an oasis of calm. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, we really felt part of the family. The room we had was lovely and cool and had plenty of room. The spaces across the Riad make it very comfortable. The Breakfast was outstanding and varied. I had the Hammam and massage whilst staying in the Riad and was a really enjoyable experience. I would always recommend for friends and family to stay with the team at Riad Al Massarah.

The tranquility, peace & decor of this Riad is exceptionally beautiful. The service also from all staff members is second to none with nothing being too much trouble & the breakfasts are amazing! We liked the area too as it's a little further away from the main square & souks. The manager Aicha was a dream & helped us stay an extra night in a wonderful room. Can't wait to return & stay there again :-)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Massarah during my visit to Marrakech, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. Nestled just a stone's throw away from the bustling souks, this charming riad offers a serene and tranquil oasis that feels worlds away from the lively streets of the city. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their hospitality was truly outstanding, always prompt, and eager to assist with any request. The riad itself is beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan architecture and modern comfort. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional breakfast served each morning on the rooftop terrace. Additionally, the riad's location is ideal—just a short walk from the souks, yet tucked away enough to provide a calm retreat.

The pristine interior and the calmness of the Riad were exceptional. It is an oasis to sit and read or enjoy some mint tea. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and helpful.

Look no further this Riad is gorgeous. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit & yoghurt granola topping. Then different breads & flat breads with jams & honey. Then egg and tomato tangine. Freshly squeezed orange juice. All types of fresh coffee & Moroccan tea. Heaven. I couldn’t manage all the courses but my partner indulged! You must also try chefs lamb tangine in my opinion the best throughout our holiday. Thank you chef. Don’t forget to try the hot room with black soap. And a massage.

The breakfast was very healthy and sufficient, and you could pre-book and have an evening meal cooked, which was better than most local restaurants. I loved the whole ambience of the place and the staff were excellent and helpful. Trips could be arranged, and we took a lovely one to Imlil. They also advised on local restaurants , and what to pay for things in the Medina. Would definitely stay again - and it's well located to walk anywhere. I really like its location in the local area, which is living, breathing.

The riad is beautifully decorated combining traditional Moroccan and mid century pieces to create a sophisticated interior. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made my wife feel very special as we were there to celebrate her birthday. Situated in the old town but very close to one of the main entrances so easy to get to by taxi.

A peaceful and beautiful riad in the center of the Medina. Everything was great; the food, the facilities, location, the Hammam etc. The thing I appreciated the most is the staff. I have never felt more at home during my travels. Everyone is genuinely friendly, helpful and in a good mood. Adil is always around to help you with all your questions, to help you plan things, or simply for a fun chat. We came as strangers, but left as friends. We hope to return soon!
