Staff is nice and friendly. Location is convenient, a nice traditional house with good decor situated in the historical district of Kasbah, old heritage on walking distance. I got good price with breakfast, although basic one. Plenty of space to sit and socialize.

Even it was a hot weather they switched off the air conditioning at night, Not comfortable for sleeping. Staff was not good as expected,

“Great location, friendly staff, authentic medina experience”

Kasbah Red Castle Hostel was a great choice for exploring Marrakech. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the medina, yet peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was generous and homely, though the menu stays the same each day, which gets a little repetitive after a few nights. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive – since we had an early checkout, they prepared a breakfast bag for us to take on the road, which was a really lovely touch. Would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic experience in the heart of Marrakech!

I stayed here in two seperate night, first night I arrived very late. They kindly booked me a taxi and also collected me from the street to make sure I’d be safe walking to the hostel. All the staff are friendly, yesterday two gentlemen were there, super funny and easy going. As a solo female traveller they made me feel welcome and taken care of. The location is great as it’s away from all the hustle and close to local markets and shops all around. A square is conveniently nearby with taxis so not far to walk. The beds are comfy and extra bedding is provided. Very cheap €2 breakfast and lovely terrace!

Apart from the hostel facilities being very good, the breakfast very tasty, and the rooftop an amazing place, what made it truly special was the people of this hostel , especially Abdul, which helped us with everything we needed and was a beautiful company and way to understand more of the culture of marocco!:)

I stayed 1 night 21–22 April 2026 at Kasbah Red Castle Hostel Marrakech. I had an excellent experience. Warm, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a beautiful traditional setting. The rooftop was a highlight, and the location made exploring easy. Great value, great vibe would definitely stay again.

Staff were awesome and very friendly and fun to talk to, and the breakfast was fantastic. Female-only room was small but clean. We were there on a colder day but they have a very nice rooftop, and I believe a pool as well available, although we did not see anyone using it. Location is a bit outside of the souks, which we really liked, a good chance to see more of the city and feel less surrounded by crowds of other tourists all the time. Jemaa el Fna and souks are still easily walkable.
