Very disappointing stay. Check-in was unprofessional, and no information was provided about hotel facilities or timings. The room was not properly cleaned, the furniture was extremely old, and basic amenities like soap, water, minibar, or coffee machine were missing. In such a hot city, having no complimentary water is unacceptable. The worst part was the swimming pool, where we found worms in the water and it did not seem properly maintained at all. Overall, far below expected standards.

It was really good.. enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast inclusive was absolutely worth it. They came to clean the room daily, beds were comfortable, staff was good.. absolutely enjoyed my stay and the food also! Highly recommend if you’re looking for good value for money.

The most horrible hotel have seen in my life, it should be shut for renovation, it is dilapidated, very dirty and unfriendly staff, terrible hotel I had to leave the place ASAP, the bathroom is horrible. Booking.com should remove from list of hotels.
