Everything brilliant. I have stayed in many different hotels in the last 10 years and this is by far the best. The reception staff and Houcin are extremely helpful. The rooms and bedsheets are changed everyday. The breakfast is top quality and very fresh. The lunch is brilliant. Bedrooms spacious and very comfortable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Meriem Marrakech and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival, I was given a warm Moroccan welcome; the staff invited me to sit in the lobby and served me traditional Moroccan tea and sweets while they processed my check-in. It was a very nice gesture. However, the experience was slightly dampened when the staff member handling my check-in left her desk for another matter. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had to approach her to request that the process be completed so I could finally access my room. The breakfast is good, offering a reasonable variety that meets the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the entire staff at the hotel was consistently kind and professional throughout my stay. Generally recommended for those looking for a clean stay with friendly service in Marrakech.

“A amazing hotel with really amazing staff”
A really perfect place to stay here in Marrakech! From the arrival to departure everything was amazing and the The staff was really fantastic, the cleanliness was perfect and the room was large and comfortable with a nice balcony and spacious bathroom. There was also fresh fruit and drinking water and a good breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

“Very convenient location with helpful staff”
We had a nice room, the kids loved the swimming pools (and the manager’s cat!). Breakfast is good for kids as the buffet has a wide selection of food choices.

“Fantastic, exceeded expectations and a must stay for tourists visiting Marrakesh!!”
Our stay from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left was spectacular! The staff was beyond helpful, from the guys at check in to the resteraunt and coffee shop staff to the cleaners. The food was authentic and overall great value for money! The swimming pools were excellent, clean and the perfect temperature, the guard even gave my neice 2 swimming lessons at no extra cost! Special mention to the manager at the resteraunt who made us feel so welcome and really helped make sure we had enough warm milk for my toddler several times a day, even leaving a bottle at reception for when we come back in the evening for her last bottle of the night! In terms of service I would give this hotel a 10/10 and I would definitely be visiting again next time I am in Marrakech.

“Marrakesh trip with rain on most days.”
Very welcoming staff. Always smiling and eager to help. Good clean lobby but very cold. Clean comfortable beds. Nice location, near to restaurants, shops and shopping mall. Clean outside pools but water was cold. Breakfast was ok. No fresh fruit but had egg station with fresh bread. Rooms were cleaned every day. Balcony was spacious.I asked for two rooms close by and it was provided.

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming.
