“Lovely place with amazing waiters and cleaners”
Hotel was clean and good location, a bit basic and could have really have done with coffee making facilities or been able to buy one in the evening however the staff serving breakfast and the cleaners were amazing, the staff at breakfast always had a smile and welcome greeting and made the best coffee and lots of it

“I stay every time I visit Marrakech and I am always pleased to be there.”
I like the location. There is a pleasant garden area and a good pool. The staff are friendly and willing to please. There is plenty of lounge area to relax in. Reasonably good wifi.

“One sleepless night”
The location is good. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is very basic a la carte and if you wish another cup of coffee or juice it will cost you 20 dirhams each. The parking lot is in front of the hotel and costs 20 dirhams as it is described in booking.com.

Rooms were clean and hotel was in a great location around 20 minute walk from main square and lots of restaurants and nice spots within a 5 minute walk. For a budget stay the rooms were spacious and clean and so was pool area. Would stay again. Room cleans everyday and new towels provided. Breakfast was okay included bread, tea coffee eggs croissants etc

“Nothing "Grand" about this hotel - old, shabby and not in a good location from main attractions.”
The only plus point was the breakfast as it was certainly very hearty (1 boiled egg with plain baguette and condiments then 1 Moroccan bread plus fresh orange juice and hot beverages) but the same menu each morning with a wait for free tables as full of people after 8am.
