“No bidet or water spray in the toilet”
Location was really central right in the middle of the city and staff were very friendly. Whenever I asked something they responded really quickly. After two days I asked for a room change due to the bathroom sink being blocked which they did straight away.

“Nightmare”
am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to both service and safety concerns. Throughout the night, there was persistent noise which made it impossible for me to sleep. This level of disturbance is unacceptable for any hotel stay, where guests reasonably expect a safe and quiet environment. In addition to the noise, I felt that the overall situation raised concerns about safety and how such disturbances were handled by your staff. As a result, I did not get any rest, which significantly affected my stay. I would like you to investigate this matter and explain why the situation was not properly managed. Given the circumstances, I believe a refund or appropriate compensation is justified. I look forward to your prompt response. Yours faithfully, Tijani

“Do you like to sleep early? Then this is not the place..”
Friendly staff. They offered to change my room after I complained about the outside noice. It didnt help much tho.. At least there is a café just outside, so when you cant fall asleep at 3 in the night, you can get a cup of atay, and a 24/7 open shop on the corner
