“the room we booked wasn't available”

me and my friend booked a twin room and when we've got there they said the room we booked and payed is not available, we had to book another hotel in the middle of the night and walk there, not a pleasant experience. however staff seem friendly

We booked a room with a private bathroom and didn't get one. Also at check in we had to wait long before the staff was ready to do our check in. The room was really small but alright. The towls were dirty.

Really appreciated that it was full of joy! Even if it was in February, the hostel was full of people from all around the world, with whom you can talk and play cards on the wonderful rooftop! Breakfast is included in the cheap price and the staff is really kind. Even the location is top, 5 minutes of walk and you’re at the Place Jeema el Fna

I want to make a formal complaint about the Marrakech hostel rouge When I arrived the male receptionist told me they had more reservations than rooms For 1h30 he was shouting to me because I did not accept the room I am going to explain The room had no glass to exterior and no key, no locker, carpets and higiene disgusting. I have pictures to prove everything I am saying.i asked a redound and the male receptionist that had age to be my sun said that week he broke both hands punching clients and if I wanted to be one of them. After 1h 30 explaining him I could not be there because I couldn’t even lock the door from inside and andter several call to a woman that I presume it’s the owner and some intimidatory from him he gave me a disgusting room that I could lock from inside once more I have pictures Well I want a full refound from what I paid including city taxes and extra 3 euros for paying by card and I think a platform like booking should be aware and be away from locals like that where health and safety is in serious risk and yesterday I frightened for my life and I could not sleep at all Just for your information today I met outside hostel a group of 3 Americans 1 male 2 females and they were also horrified by treatment and the conditions of that hostel I look forward to hearing from you Kind regards Ricardo Lourenco

Vibes are good and social, and staff are friendly. Beds are made every day! Breakfast is fairly decent. There are good spaces to hang out.

I really liked the stuff's hospitality, the chill vibe of the place in general, and the eclectic interior design of the place. In general, the hotel is always accessible, there are many showers, and toilets on the premises and the rooftop is stunning!

The stuff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The price is very good, it's in the middle of Medina. The hostel is very nice, colorful, clean. The beds are comfortable. We slept in a rooftop tent and it was very nice and peaceful.
