“I think it is a hotel that does not deserve 5 stars and does not meet the price-quality balance”

The gentleman and lady at the reception desk, whose names I don't know, tried to find solutions to my problems with all their good intentions. Similarly, the staff serving breakfast and dinner were very polite. But I cannot say the same for Hotel Management. Although I'm a golf player, I believe many players from surrounding hotels came daily to use the hotel's golf courses. The area was clean and tidy.

Room was lovely, staff super friendly, pools were a really good size, food options were great. The airport transfers and bus to the markets was easy to arrange. Their staff are credits to them. Khalid in the restaurant made us feel like we had our own waiter and the ladies and gentleman on the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. c'était un service magnifique!!

This hotel is a true gem where everything and I truly mean everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making me feel not just like a guest, but like family. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered every comfort I could possibly need. From the bedding to the calming ambiance, it felt like a peaceful retreat. Housekeeping was impeccable every single day. Thank you for your service, I will definitely come back again!!!

The hotel buildings and gardens are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the reception team is very friendly. Every night, there is an activity for children and families. The food was good. Staff are friendly, very fast responsive

Very attentive! This was a little escape so we stayed in the hotel for most of it. All staff were very attentive! Loved the fruit bowl on arrival and one of the staff members always topping up my nespresso pods

“Peace and paradise and excellent service”

The location was fantastic and the food and service were excellent. Brahim on the front desk was absolutely fantastic and we had come from another hotel who had lost our passports and Brahim was very helpful and called the consulate for us and spoke to other agencies for us.
