I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean, and the entire hotel was well-maintained and spotless. The swimming pool was absolutely stunning and a great place to relax. I would also like to give a special thank you to the gentlemens working at the hotel who helped me find a taxi at 3 a.m. Their kindness and willingness to help at such a late hour meant a lot to me. It was a thoughtful gesture and showed excellent customer service. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. 😊

“Huge comfortable rooms”

The size of the room was huge compared to European city center hotels. I had some friends staying at a nearby hotel (Meriem) and those rooms were way smaller. The bed was very comfortable. Outside the temperature reached 38ºC and the A/C was efficient keeping the room, at least 12 degrees below the outside temperature. For me it was enough but for someone that needs a cooler temperature than 25ºC then the A/C power might be insufficient for the room size (or higher outside temperatures). The hotel location was close enough to the main attractions to be reached by uber, paying only 50 Dirham per trip (roughly 5 euros) (PS: The uber quality is way better than in Portugal, choose Uber over taxis in Morocco if you don't want to overpay for small trips)

It’s in good location. Many restaurants around. Bus 19 from airport stops near by. Rooms are good size, staff nice. Breakfast could be better, I booked for ease d finding location since many riads are a chalenge to find , plus lift.

Great location, just one street away from the city center, making it very convenient if you want to get around on foot. The staff truly stood out during our stay—everyone at reception was extremely friendly, always greeting us and asking how we were doing. The housekeeping team was also very kind and attentive while cleaning. When our air conditioning broke down, it was repaired within an hour, which we really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent. The room and bed were very large, which was a positive point. The only “four-star” aspect was the receptionist, Hasna—she was very kind and truly made our stay more enjoyable.

“It was a nice area”

Breakfast was good but the room we had it was overcrowded and you had to fight for tables. Also they were allowed to smoke in the place where you got the omelettes which upset me as it was overwhelming with smoke and put me off.

The food was rich and tasty, clean and the people were very kind. We needed medical care and all of the staff helped us. We are very grateful to Masna, Habid, Abderaohim, Ilham and Adil for their professionalism and warm attitude, as well as to Naima for the cleanliness of our room. I recommend this hotel.

“Good for a stop over”

Gueliz is actually quite small so everything is just around the corner from this hotel. Was good just for a stop over. Lady receptionist very friendly. Apparently bake all their bread inhouse.

The staff was really nice, they helped with everything needed including fast checkin and late checkout. All clean and comfortable, nothing too fancy. Some slippers would have been nice.

I have stayed in Marrakech many times and always had a great time, but this hotel added something extra special.All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean, modern and spacious, very comfy and quiet.The breakfast was exeptional ,and although i stayed 10 nights i was never short of a new choice,especially the fresh bread, omelettes, pancakes and pastries plus good supply of fresh juice and coffee.thankyou to all the staff from reception to bar to cleaning it was a great stay.
