Be Nomad is a lovely mini دار | dār (house in Arabic, it is not a رياض | riyāḍ, garden or a house with a garden in Arabic, learn some Arabic to get it right) to stay in the middle of مراكش | Marrākuš (Marrakech) مدينة | madīna and close to all main attractions. The room was spotless clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The private bathroom was also spacious and showering was also without issues. The room on the roof top is ideal, plenty of light and a cosy outdoor area to have a coffee, tea, meal or a conversation. شفيق | Šafīq (Chafiq) and مُعَاذ | Muʿādh (Mouad), the two young lads running the mini دار | dār are absolutely brilliant, apart from giving a very warming welcome, they are extraordinary friendly, polite and well educated, one may also have a great conversation about anything with them. I will surely miss them. Be Nomad is also easy reach from the airport, if you are young and fit, don't bother about expensive transfers in broad day light, just walk to the main road of the airport and take bus 11 or 12 to ساحة جامع الفناء / Sāḥat Ǧāmiʿ al-Fnāʾ (Jemaa el-Fna) / جامع الكتبية | Ǧāmiʿ al-Kutubiyyīn (Koutoubya Mosque), the bus ride takes 10 to 15 minutes and costs just 4 دراهم | dirāhm or 0.40€. The pavement from the bus stop until طريق دباشي | Ṭrīq Dabāšī (Rue Dabachi) is very smooth and flat, once you enterطريق دباشي | Ṭrīq Dabāšī, go until the end of the covered area, here you turn left to تولات بن صالح | Tūlāt Bn Ṣālaḥ (Taoulat Ben Saleh), then take the first right and finally the second right to reach Be Nomad. I fully recommend Be Nomad to everyone, you won't regret, arrive as strangers and leave as friends. Note: the Arabic words of this review have been transliterated according to ISO 233, which offers more precise phonetics, the official French equivalent has been written between brackets.

“Great Place to Stay in Marrakech”
Great place to stay in the middle of the medina. Staff exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help with anything you need. The room was very comfortable and the seating area is a lovely place to chill. All around a wonderful stay and I will be back at some point!

Comfy and clean. The location was only about a ten minute slow leisurely walk to Jemaa el Fna and the main drag. Plenty of cafes and eateries nearby. The wifi was good. The staff were great. Shout out to Chafik for being very welcoming and hospitable 😊

The hostel staff prepared a handmade local breakfast in a cozy space. It was really delicious, especially the Moroccan tea. I wasn’t feeling well at the time, but the breakfast made me feel more comfortable and relieved my stress. Thank you.

Be Nomad is a great Riad in a great location in the medina. Its a 5-10 min walk to Jemaa el Fna, the main square where we got picked up for lots of activities. Our host was so helpful answering any questions I had via whatsapp. The room was really nice and had both air con and heating. We loved going up to the roof terrace in the evening. It was also priced very fairly.

Our host Chafik was incredibly accommodating, providing plenty of advice and recommendations for our time in Marrakech. If we needed assistance Chafik was there for us. The breakfast was great for the price point and we felt very taken care of!

Sharif (I think thats his name, sorry if not, I met so many people during my stay in Marrakech!) was so helpful and friendly. The riad was also very quiet despite the central location. The shared bathroom was very clean
