I was unable to stay the night, and left the hotel by 8pm because my husband had to be rushed to the Emergency Room. Management was unwilling to compensate anything back, and never even returned my phone call from a voice message I left.

Staff were so helpful I wish I had got there names but they were so helpful and understanding nothing was to much a credit to your company I hope they get the recognition they deserve as we travel a lot and you don’t get this often.
