The room was good. Beds were comfortable and there were two comfortable chairs in the room. We did not see any staff during our stay.

You cannot have a hotel room with a time listed on the back of the door in your room for 11 a am, but tell the customer they have to leave at 10am unprofessional. The toilet would not flush. Had to open it and lift the lever arm. Sheets were dirty on the freshly made bed.

Non ci sta ne reception, che pulizie, nulla. Letti scomodi. Probably, staying one day is not such a problem, but staying more days without housekeeping (we were 4 nights) it's really a problem. Not recommended.

“It was awful.”
This room was terrible. It smelled like dirty, wet dog, the carpet was stained and filthy, there were people staying upstairs that were drunk and kept coming down to sit outside my room and smoke. My son was sitting in his bed and discovered 2 bed bugs crawling on the sheets. We pulled the bedding apart and discovered many more in the seams with blood stains and filth. I texted the staff, who are not onsite. They texted me back that they drove up to the hotel to check and the people outside our room had gone back inside. They said they can't control people smoking outside on our chairs, even though their own policy states you must be away from the building. The only mention of the bed bugs and grubby room was "sorry you're disappointed, someone will contact you tomorrow", which nobody did. We had to find another hotel and move at 2:00 am, so I ended up paying for 2 rooms that night. As we were leaving, the drunks from upstairs were back on our chairs. My kids were exhausted and afraid as we had to pack up with them staggering around behind the car. This place was a nightmare.
