My wife and I stayed 9 days, and we had a perfect time! The house had everything we needed, it was great to relax at the pool, and last but not least, there were so many super-cute cats :-). Also, the landlady is a very nice person, allowing us to indulge the cats a bit with some treats. The village of Maroni is a bit sleepy ;-), but therefore very quiet. But with a rental car, that's not a problem at all, because you are in Zygi (beach, restaurants) in a few minutes. Orchard View Cottage gets the maximum score from us!

“Beautiful views and private swimming pool”

We loved the private swimming pool and the view over the valley! We had a nice sunset every evening and full privacy. The location is great for visiting places all over the island by car.

Everything! The place is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – it truly felt like home. The cottage is beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and the pool area is just perfect for relaxing with a stunning view. What made our stay even more special was the host Melanie – she goes above and beyond! Her Lomi Lomi massage and yoga sessions were such an unexpected and wonderful bonus. She’s warm, attentive, and genuinely cares that your stay is unforgettable.

Location is excellent. The sunset views from the balcony were stunning. Melanie was the perfect host and helped on every occasion that we needed her assistance, she even brought in provisions for us as our flight was seriously delayed. She didn't intrude upon our stay but checked a couple of times via messaging if we required anything. The loan of a phone charger was a life saver; thank you Melanie.

Absolutely everything was amazing. Melanie went over and above to make us comfortable and to give us a very relaxing trip

Melanie was very helpful; offering to shop for us as we had a late flight and the shops were shut the next day. The villa was generally well equiped and had most things we required and plenty more besides. The villa was cool in the morning and shaded in the afternoon; so never too hot or stuffy. The location suited us very well.

Excellent location on the edge of Maroni village and close to the cities of Larnaca and Limassol. The property is in a location that is quiet. The living room/kitchen dining is a good size, the bedroom large and the toilet is big. The kitchen was well kitted out with a fridge and washing machine and other appliances. The outside terrace was a lovely area to spend some quiet time in the morning and afternoon. The swimming pool was a great plus to our stay.

We have just spent a perfect week at Orchard View Cottage. If you want peace and quiet and to be away from all the crowds, this is the place to stay. The pool was for our own use with loungers and a shady area and with a lovely view. The village of Maroni is extremely quiet with one taverna called Piazza Maroni (a varied menu) and one small shop for provisions. Unfortunately The Old Coffee Shop was closed the whole time we were there. There are various tavernas not too far away e.g.The Tochni Taverna and the Retro Bar but you will need a car and a reliable SatNav as a lot of the small roads aren't sign posted and some of the road surfaces aren't brilliant. The quiet coastal resort of Zygi is about 8 mins away by car and Limassol is 20 mins. Melanie is lovely, very helpful and we enjoyed our occasional chats. Although she lives next to the cottage, she did not intrude at all. When it was time to leave we were so relaxed that we wished we had booked for another week. We will definitely return.

The house is located in a quiet area, the pool is great for enjoying the stay and relax. Melanie is a great host, took care of everything we ask for.
