Overview
The Playamaro apartments are located in Maro, a small hamlet of Nerja. With a privileged location, between two natural landscapes, the Sierra Tejeda-Almijara and the natural landscape of Maro-Cerro Gordo, where you can find in its crystal clear waters an infinity of fish, in one of the most beautiful coves of the Costa del Sol. Just 500 meters from the famous Caves of Nerja. Our accommodation is located just 1 km from the coast, 5 minutes by car from Nerja and 40 minutes from Malaga and Pablo Picasso International Airport. The Playamaro apartments are equipped with everything you need for your stay: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, etc. We have a studio, several one-bedroom apartments, some with balcony or terrace and two spacious apartments with two bedrooms and magnificent terraces.

I have to give a completely honest review. You get what you pay for. The accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable. We stayed out of season so it was very quiet. As long as you follow the booking instructions check in was seamless. The surroundings in Maro are beautiful. For the price you CANNOT complain and the apartments are fine to use as a base to explore the local area and Nerja. We would stay again.

The location was great near the beautiful beach of Maro and near a large free parking lot from where you can take the bus to the beach. The apartment had all we needed for a short stay. It had a large balcony with a great view of the sea. The staff was very helpful.

Location was very nice with a nice view to the ocean, beach and big public parking lot and with a terrace. We were mostly there to rest for the evening and left in the morning. It was pretty okay, but the bed wasn't very good. The staff, what little we met, was pretty nice but not particularly service minded. It was okay, I like to do things on my own anyway.
