I felt like I was staying with friends! The staff were very kind and polite, so thanks to them as well. The breakfasts were delicious, varied, and tasty (especially the soups 😋). The hotel also has kayaks and boats that guests can use to enjoy the beautiful views of the open sea 🤩 Great restaurant, live music… Highly recommend!!!

“A lovely stay in a stunning setting”

Beautiful setting - it was clear that a lot of time, effort and love has been put into establishing and maintaining the site. Walking down to the restaurant/pool area on the first night was stunning with all of the fairy lights, olive trees and fire pits. The facilities were excellent - we enjoyed spending time on the beach, making use of the free paddleboards and canoes and lounging around the pool. Our speedboat trip to Marmaris was a real highlight of the holiday. The villa itself was clean and comfortable with a lovely mountain view and a private pool. There was a very steep walk up to the villa but the buggy service made this much more manageable - there were always staff on hand to give us a lift up the hill. Breakfast was lovely - buffet style with lots of options including fresh eggs cooked to your preference and local offerings (which were invariably delicious!) The restaurant food and drinks were also excellent and reasonably priced (especially given the exceptional views and setting). Finally, but perhaps most importantly, the staff were lovely and went above and beyond to look after us and make us feel welcome.

Z villas are a little haven of peace and tranquility. The fantastic location offers beautiful views over the bay and only a short stroll from the buzz of the resort. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful, and the lovely owner Zeydan is always on hand ensuring all is running smoothly and guests are happy! His personal touch makes such a difference and guests feel valued and much more “at home” . The big breakfasts are delicious - kept us going all day! The restaurant is excellent too, expertly run by the manager and his team, great food, and many evenings with live music. Nice touches like a few fire pits when the evenings got a bit cool added to the homely atmosphere.

The cute villas, the privacy, the view, the little private beach with the four post comfortable sunbeds, the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards, the room service, the restaurant, the staff and manager all friendly and welcoming with good WiFi and communication by text, very prompt with great English. Good breakfast and with eggs and Turkish sausage made to order. Only 5 mins stroll to small town with dock with everything you need. Boat trips from the dock and their own speedboat for 15 mins ride to Marmaris! Oh and the restaurant food, we ate here for the 5 days we stayed. Very friendly bar, with games with all the aged beautiful olive trees especially when lit up at night! Live music Tuesdays and Fridays. We had so much fun! Family of 9 with 4 units. Loved the villa with pool and view where we gathered as a family.

“Wonderful experience at Z-Villas”

We recently stayed at the Z-Villas and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the beach, with plenty of sunbeds to relax and enjoy the sea. Our villa was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view from the porch that made our stay even more special. The beach itself is amazing, and the hotel’s bar offers service directly to the beach. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help with anything we needed. Overall, everything about our stay was excellent, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful view and wonderful staff. Very friendly. Perfect for our grown up family. We had x2 villas and x1 tiny house x1 economy room. Everyone loved their privacy and accommodations. We ate here every day of our stay as the food was so good. The olive trees were beautiful and very atmospheric at night. Air-con was very effective. And loved the salt water pool.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The location was stunning with a view of turunc. The buggy system worked very well and there was a gate into the town at the bottom. The breakfast was very good and served in lovely surroundings.

The location is wonderful, a very picturesque bay and a cozy place. All small bungalows (me and my daughter stayed there) are simple but very brand new, clean and have great sea views. I was very positively impressed by the staff members - they all tried to do a bit more - being food, bookings, attitude. In the evenings they had nice live atmospheric music adding much to your evening meals in the restaurant with tranquil sea views
