This hotel runs seamlessly in every department. Absolutely spotless, timings are clever so it never feels crowded and there is always food and drinks available . The garden is immaculate and beautiful as is the beach and 3 restaurants. View from the rooftop restaurant is stunning. The staff here take their job seriously and work incredibly hard. If you are from the UK you will never have had service like this, it's a whole different level. Also the beds are really comfortable.

Too many things to list. The whole experience was amazing. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. The food was simply amazing with so much choice that I'm sure everyone could find something. Special thanks to the entertainment team who have been amazing throughout all of our stay providing countless hours of fun.

Everything! Very good choice of food at every meal. Staff so helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent location. The pool was relaxing with music playing but not too loud. I went to some of the classes in the gym which were great. I also used the indoor pool and sauna. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely come back to this hotel!

I did not use the breakfast lunch or dinner which were all inclusive because I was there on business but the hotel staff competently spoke English and I enjoyed one drink at the bar for which I was charged but it was nice quality - so no problem

For me this is THE best hotel in Marmaris, it offers everything I want in my favourite location and this was our fifth visit, the food is great, the staff are exceptional and overall it’s fantastic BUT it’s not for everyone and it’s very important you do your research. (See below). This is a chilled, relaxing and quieter hotel for the more mature guest, it’s definitely not for party animals or even families.

The staff were very lovely especially house keeping, very accommodating. The restaurant were very attentive during service even the chefs. The cats were also a lovely touch to the resort.

Everything :) Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel in general is very clean. Also it is just near to the beach. The food was amazing. Breakfast, lunch, dinner... there is always plenty of foods and high variety of option. The bar and the snacks area are great as well. There is also a very good and clean fitness area.
