The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of free parking around the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Princess Kinli. It was spacious and comfortable (the bed was great). The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved that the location was away from all the 'party' noise and that we could still walk to everything (the esplanade, grocery stores, etc). The lounge room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony were all very clean (we have allergies & really appreciated this). We requested fragrance free towels and the staff kindly delivered fresh fragrance free towels to our room the next day. This was excellent service and we were very grateful. We were able to prepare basic meals in the kitchen, like scrambled eggs, etc. We arrived late due to delayed flights and were still met by friendly staff upon our arrival. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp was excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the main beach area (8 min walk). The owner was a very kind & nice guy. We have initially booked 1 suite for 4 people but once we've arrived he has offered us 2 separate rooms due to slow season which was extremely sweet of him to do! The rooms were very clean, spacious and had everything you need. This place also has a pool!

We arrived late and they made sure we were OK checking in. Very clean hotel. Rooms had a small kitchen with a 47inch smart tv, free WiFi to connect to NETFLIX etc Really was a very good basic option, 20 min walk into marmaris centre, but 5 min from the beach with mote restaurants than you'd ever need. Supermarkets less than 2 min away

Only thing that we could critizise is that the Pots were a bit to large to use two at the same time… a minor thing compared to the great time we had in Marmaris and the extremely warm athmosphere created by the staff! Thanks a lot pasha-princess

“Highly recommend”
Stayed in a beautiful one bedroom suite, everything was spotlessly clean, all looked new, very modern. Big smart TV in the lounge . WiFi worked great very fast. Fridge, microwave, kettle and hob. I didn't cook but the option is available. Lovely rainfall shower. Comfy bed with large wardrobes and drawers. Large balcony. Nice pool and small pool bar good price for local beer. Hakan, the manager is very welcoming, friendly and helpful . Lovely peaceful street, few mins from bars and restaurants. About 7 min walk to the beach all on flat no hills.
