“Perfect for big groups”

Excellent property. Had 14 of us stay in the villa. Plenty of room and beds for all. Location is perfect. Secure and beach and marina shops etc are not far. Host is very good and a great person to deal with, simple and made the experience seem less. There is a bus number 3, from literally across the property. Where it cost 30 TL (60 pence in sterling) per person to the beech front, marina etc. Runs every 10 mins or so. Excellent location and easy access to all areas. The property itself had beautiful surroundings as in the picture. All to ourselves. Swimming Pool was excellent. If you need anything host was availableo.

GREAT pool, wonderful host and good facilities. Meliksah was always on hand to help if needed, contactable via WhatsApp and an onsite gardener was always about to help too. Can’t fault the host at all! The property is great for families, enough rooms and space for all. Secure location, with gated access too.

A beautiful villa set in lovely grounds. The villa is very spacious and fully equipped everything you need and more. The pool was great a big pool with lots of seating options around it everything was very well maintained. A great holiday just wish we could of stayed longer. Would definitely highly recommend this villa thank you.

The whole experience was excellent. Private, gated access to the villa adds to the sense of security and privacy. The neighbourhood is peacefully quiet and a local bus immediately outside the villa will give you access to Marmaris centre within 10 minutes. The pool is huge, with the drop back of mountains, quite idyllic. Book with confidence and the hosts (Meliksah) is supper friendly and helpful.

Simply stunning. The villas are situated in an exclusive area of Marmaris. The main town/marina is reachable by bus (every 15 minutes) for 15TL (£0.40) 0r taxi 200 TL (£6) Both very efficient. There is a small town full of restaurants, bars, shops only a 10 minute walk away. Closest supermarket is 5 minute walk from Villa. The pool was massive and very clean. The grounds were immaculate. The villas were perfect. We were a party of 15 (4 families) spread across 2 villas. The bedrooms were a very nice size. Air con and fast WIFI throughout the villas too. The whole area was fenced, which made us feel save and secure. Meliksah made us feel very welcome.

“Great time with the Family”

We had a lovley time with our family, the owner and the gardener was so nice . Beautiful garden other than all of the wall plugs was broken we could of had a electric shock, The dressing tables mirrors was broken and there was no hot water for the showers ,everyone had to get a cold shower everyday . The amount of the money you pay to stay it wasn't worth it the house was old also the door handles were broken but we still had a amazing time , Thank you for your host 😊
