Overall it was a pleasant experience for us where we stayed for 5 days. The location, staff, room, breakfast, beach was great and we can’t find anything to complain about.

Very nice and friendly staff both at the hotel and the restaurant. Very close to the sea side. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Good parking spot near the hotel. Comfortable bed. Very nice room.

The Hotel location is absolutely excellent, we had the King Suite and the view from the balcony is the most amazing we've ever had anywhere. The staff at the Hotel were so friendly and helpful and they made our stay such a personal and enjoyable experience. Ecatarina, the Hotel Manager and her team were amazing, everything was done with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. There were literally no negatives to our stay, the perfect Hotel in every way.

“Returned after a few years and even better than we remembered.”
There’s nothing to dislike. In my opinion the best location in the resort, good sized immaculate rooms and the most helpful and friendly staff. We visited prior to Covid and loved it but the hotel has had some major improvements since then - the best being the restaurant and bar area. Food was the best we ate in resort and the prices incredibly reasonable. We had only booked in for four days at the end of our visit to Turkey. Will definitely be staying longer next time.

“A really nice, quiet hotel. I enjoyed my stay in Chateau de Ville.”
Breakfast was a very pleasant buffet in the seating area at the front of the hotel. The bedroom was comfortable. the safety deposit box was key operated, with a daily charge of €2. The hotel is situated at the end of the beach. It had a quiet atmosphere compared to the louder brash hotels in Icmeler. We finally found a lovely quiet family-run restaurant not too far away called OKEMO. The food and wine were very enjoyable, and reasonable. . . a welcome respite from the manic hard sell in so many Icmeler establishments. The lady on reception was very helpful arranging onward transport to Dalyan.

“A great place to relax”
I loved this hotel. It was clean,comfortable & well located opposite the beach. The breakfast was excellent & there was lots of choice . They had free day beds on the beach which was really convenient. The pool was great to have a swim after the beach. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Everything! The food, location, the view - everything was amazing. The staff is exceptionally professional. Special thanks to Katya for her support in solving our issues with transfer. Hotel is kept spotlessly clean. You can see how each member of the staff involved and dedicated to make your stay pleasant. Definitely coming back!

“Absolutely wonderful if you want to stay in Icmeler”
The staff were so brilliant. The hotel is SPOTLESS. Didn’t try the pool. Free sunloungers on beach. Pool towels lovely. I had the king suite and it was truly incredible. Really tasty breakfast and lovely atmosphere. The reception staff were particularly great - as was the boys in the restaurant. Was a lot of repeat guests there - they clearly loved it too. Very close to all the shops and restaurants.

“Great Location, great value for money, great staff”
Breakfast was great, the location was superb, pool table and swimming pools were great to have. The rooms were nice and cozy, great value for money. Would stay again if visiting Marmaris, if you hire a car to reach the hotel, there is a giant carpark around 100m walk away, that's free to use.

“We had a lovely time at Chatea de Ville and look forward to coming back”
The hotel was right across the road from Icmeler beach we had fantastic views of the sea all the way to Marmaris. Comfy beds the shower was large and plenty of hot water. The staff were very attentive and friendly. There was plenty of choice for breakfast each day and we enjoyed the other food in the hotel too. Have stayed there before and would definitely stay there again.
