“Shocking way to treat guests”
The property was quiet and very nice up until they decided to throw a 2 day staff party for over 250 please with no prior warning.. All loungers were removed, all facilities were off limits to paying guests and that included the restaurant Absolutely ridiculous, will never go back there

“Enjoyed our stay”
we ordered a turkish breakfast and we had to order a cup of turkish tea as extra which is very unusual as tea is a staple part of the turkish breakfast experience. The tea also cost 110 lira per tea glass which is about 100% more than purchasing this outside of a hotel. The breakfast itself was good and we enjoyed this.

“Great Hotel Experience”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, my daughters enjoyed swimming. Also lifeguard was always present, which made it feel very safe. The SPA was excellent — I had a massage at the spa with a male therapist — it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Very professional and relaxing. recommended!

“New Year Short Stay”
Because the Grand Aquarium was out of season it was lovely and peaceful and in a beautiful location ..when out of season no amenities were open but that was ok because we had the loft apartment with Balcony Jacuzzi plenty of room

“BEAUTIFUL & AMAZING hotel and staff”
An amzing hotel for everyone especially family my kids loved this place the entertainment team was fanrastic all the people that work here was very friendly helpful accommodating felt like a place we didnt want to leave !! The hotels service was excellent cleaning service brilliant the veiws again amazing the spa and wellness gym very good & turkish bath and massage stunning thankyou so much to everyone we will 100% be back next year
