“Superb”

**Wonderful new apartments!** They have absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron, and all the necessary kitchenware. The bed is large and very comfortable, and the pillows are excellent. The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. There is also a swimming pool, a sunbathing area, and a beautiful garden on the property. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. We would also like to especially mention Anna’s care, kindness, and friendliness. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality! ❤️

“Excellent place to stay with all you need.”

The apartments were excellent and value for money. They are in a tranquil spot and they have a large pool and a small warm pool for those colder days. There is an area for people to sit outside with the chickens and fish.

“Relaxing out of season trip!”

It was beautiful. The heated pool was very relaxing and even in November we could sit in it for quite a while and feel fine. It was open later too which is cool and you don’t get much in regular hotels. They also had a small fridge on site and sell some drinks (beers, coke etc) They have cute chickens in the garden. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything you’d need. The apartment was a short walk to the harbour and old town, where everyone is very friendly. The hosts were lovely too, thank you so much.

Very well equipped. Very clean, and beautifully presented. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Only 1km walk from the harbour. We will definitely book again if we return to marmaris.

Great location - close to the marina and shops/restaurants. Apartment was well equipped for making meals if you didn’t want to visit any restaurants. Lovely and spacious which made for a relaxing holiday

Apartment was a good size and contained everything we needed. It had key code to get into the apartment block and also into the room which worked very well.

Wonderful apartments. Clean, cozy, quiet (despite the proximity to the road), and the courtyard has a very atmospheric atmosphere. The owner is friendly, very polite, and discreet in communication. We loved everything.

The house was very complete, providing you anything you could need. The pool and the outside area were quite nice. The kitchen was also complete in case you want to cook.

Walkable location to town centre and ferry

It was located in a quiet neighbourhood so you are surrounded by not too much noise. The apartment was cosy, especially the living room and it has balcony where you could sit outside. It offers swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The hosts, especially Ahmet Bey, made us feel incredibly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was truly a sanctuary amidst the busy atmosphere of Marmaris.

Location is good. Well equipped and clean. Good air conditioning.

Super picturesque apartments with good location. Pictures are accurate. It is away from hustle and bustle for a quite nights sleep but close enough to walk everywhere.

Anna the Host was absolutely amazing. She provided so many recommendations to us, in particular the best restaurant in Marmaris just down the street. The apartment was clean, new and had everything we needed. It was only a short walking, just over 1 km, distance from the marina and old town. It was located in a suburban area but that meant the bakeries, restaurants and shops were more authentic rather than tourist oriented. I would highly recommend this accommodation!
