Pools are great, the food is lovely and staff are always there to help you. Rooms are cleaned every day. Also plenty of spare sunbeds.

Beautiful pool and lots of entertainment activities for kids throughout the day. Pool closed at 7pm just as the sun was about to set which is great. After this people start getting ready for dinner and main entertainment activities starting at 9pm. Daily visit to rooms to clean floors and check for towels etc.

The receptionist (Liza) at the lobby was professional and friendly, providing us with all the necessary information about the hotel. However, the bell boy was rude and disrespectful. Unbeknownst to him, I understood Turkish and overheard his impolite comments. Upon reaching our room, he insisted on receiving tips before leaving, leaving us feeling uncomfortable as we did not have any cash on us, we had to dig in our bags to finally find some cash and make him leave our room. The only family member with cash had gone to park the car. This unpleasant experience left a negative impression of the hotel.

“Family of 4”
The staff were amazing. Very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Food was nice and the pool is huge. Loads of sunbeds and umbrellas. No running out at 7am to put towels down. Housekeeping was brilliant . The ladies came everyday to the room.

the entertainment team were brilliant!!! and the spa and hairdressers were also brilliant. we really enjoyed going for a photo shoot with the photographer and our photo book was excellent! food was lovely and staff excellent
