Great view Very spacious Well equiped

Big & beautiful apartment, fully equipped (truly, you have everything you need: first aid, mosquito repellent, washing machine, oven, stove, a lot of kitchenware, all kinds of bowls, jars, ...). Balcony with a view to the sea. On one hand, the apartment is isolated, so you enjoy privacy, on the other hand, it is only 3 minutes driving to Marmari. In one word: Perfect!

Two large balconies facing the sea and near the most famous beach, we enjoyed our time.

The views of the sea and beach were amazing! It was a 5 minute walk to the wonderful Megali Ammos beach suitable for swimming, wind surfing and kite surfing, depending on the weather. Spacious rooms, outside terraces, a well equipped kitchen. Located near the lovely port town of Marmari, which comes to life in the evening with lots of restaurants and shops, a pharmacy and at least one ATM.

Exactly as it shows in the photos, clean and with many kitchen equipment (toaster, water kettle etc). There is air conditioning in all rooms and although it’s not needed as the breeze of the sea is enough it’s useful if needed. The management and owners were very responsive and proactive: a)we travelled with 2 kids and Katerina offered a temporary solution to child proof the balcony, b) provided additional clothes pegs when requested, washing machine working c) we had a post check-out adventure, forgetting something in the property, and everyone showed extreme understanding and helped us so much to retrieve it! We can’t be more thankful of our stay. We have already recommended it to friends and family. Evoia will surprise you and we can’t wait to come back even off season to explore the mountains and Greek nature.

I highly recommend staying in this excellent place. The views are just stunning everywhere you look. You don't need to walk outside the house to see and admire the beautiful surroundings and picturesque landscape. The open space of living room joined with kitchen and dining room encourages you to settle in as you enter the house. There are comfortable bedrooms full of light that are ideal space to rest. The house is situated right next to the beach. There is WiFi, private parking space, air conditioning, well equipped kitchen with coffee.

Everything was great and the room was super clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and polite. She gave us useful infromation for dining and entertainment which were all exceptional!!!
