We spent a beautiful week at OKU Kos. Everything was perfect and as advertised. The staff welcomed us with much love and they were always ready and available for any request we had. The rooms are gorgeous and make you feel like you are in a dream. The staff surprised us with treats like daily chocolate service and some merchandising presents. Besides the dreamy venue, the hotel offers interesting activities like Greek wine tasting, horse riding, yoga classes, spa & massages and many more. We will definitely come back to OKU!

Beautiful villa, delicious food at breakfast and dinner, good selection of non alcoholic drinks. And good selection of pescatarian food. Lovely friendly staff. We had half board which was great! The beach was my favourite! One of the best I have been too. So beautiful and private. I didn’t want to leave. Next time I would love to use the free paddle board and pay to do the horse riding.

The location was superb nicely situation on it's own private coastline and beach. The grounds were intimate and nicely laid out and the common spaces were well designed. Breakfasts, dinners and drinks were yummy.

“Personal item went missing during the stay”

Very disappointing experience due to the personal item disappearing from the room. We’ve stayed at this hotel three times and always had good experiences before, so this was really disappointing. During our most recent stay, my gold necklace went missing from our room. I know there are lots of honest and hardworking people working in the hotel — but the fact is, the necklace is gone. We reported it to the hotel, and they made a note of it, but no real action was taken except for checking the room and finding that necklace is not there. In fact manager’s line of defense was that we could have lost it ourselves anywhere else when clearly I knew I had had it in my jewelry box 2 days before check out and on the evening before leaving the necklace was gone. Moreover, in the follow up on the case the manager told us that we should have stored our valuables in the safe. In what is marketed as a “laid-back luxury” five-star hotel, guests should not feel the need to hide their belongings in a safe for fear they might disappear. That level of concern is something one might expect in a hostel, not in a property of this caliber. We spent over €2,000 plus additional expenses during this stay, and to have a valuable and sentimental personal item go missing is entirely out of line with the level of trust and security expected from 5 star hotel. I’d suggest anyone staying here always carry your valuables with you or do not bring any valuable item at all. It’s a shame because we used to really like this place, but this incident has definitely changed how we feel about staying here again. We are definitely not coming back neither to Oku Kos nor to any other hotel from Oku group.

The hotel is amazing! The room with the view of the sunset was the highlight, the stuff in particular Athanasia, Babis and Marc were super friendly, nice and helpfull! They do a really great job!

Above-standard approach to guests, including online communication, very modern approach, while maintaining peace and quiet. Highly recommended especially for young couples who reject crowded resorts. This hotel is a combination of perfect beach relaxation, high level cuisine, cleanliness, comfort and incredibly timeless, minimalist (Scandinavian meets Mediterranean) style.

Beautiful, stylish hotel! A very calming, tranquil environment, stunning private beach, clean facilities both in room and in the communal areas. Amazing food and a carefully curated weekly events programme including an outdoor cinema evening. The sunset view from the beach was spectacular!

Very, very impressed. Staff is young, efficient, smiling and proactive - Athanasia a reception in particular. Resort architecture facilities and layout are beautiful and well maintained. The hotel is private, quiet, lots of personal space and has a very good vibe. Rooms are modern, clean and well accessorized, Restaurant and bar are both very good. Great long beach.
