Overview
Set amidst a landscaped garden, Anthia Apartments offers rooms with kitchenette and air conditioning, 250 metres from the sandy beach of Marmari. It also provides free WiFi in its public areas and free transportation service from the airport. Anthia apartments and studios are bright and spacious. Each has a refrigerator and a balcony with view to the Aegean Sea or the garden. Continental breakfast can be enjoyed daily. The bar of Anthia Apartments also serves drinks and cocktails, and features a TV lounge. A playground is available for the children. Within 100 metres of the hotel, guests can find a restaurant serving local specialties. A bus stop right outside Anthia connects to the town of Kos, which is 15 km away. “Nice small family hotel near the beach”
- near to the beach (5-6 minutes by feet) - quite area with some restaurants and large good supermarket in walking distance - Stegros was a great and nice Host! Very helpfull with requests and questions - friendly Staff - very clean - nice balcony / terasse

“A great stay at Marmari.”
A very good apartment complex located on Marmari, which is in the middle of the island pretty much. Takes the around the same time to either go to Kos town or Kefalos. The room is newly renovated, with very nice furniture and also had a balcony big enough with nice view as well. The owners very friendly and professional, flawless checkin and checkout. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with literally everything you will need to cook (pots,pan) to eat (knifes spoons etc) and even soap for the dishes. Also there are enough power sockets everywhere in the room and the ac does a very good job. The bathroom was also exceptional and very modern, following the style of the rest of the room. Parking was very easy. No opinion about the breakfast because we didn't try it. The area of the apartments is very quiet, since not many cars pass through this road as it's not a main road.

The location of the hotel is very central, it let us to reach all the important locations of the island easily. The room was big and clean, with all new furniture and a very cute balcony.

“Great stay!”
All the members of the family are very friendly and are doing their job with love and passion. Optional breakfast was OK. Apartment was cleaned every day and towels changed every two days. Stergos came and pick us up at the airport and provided us with interesting information about the island, what to see and where to drive. Definetely one of the best price/performance apartments in the island and really worth to book.

“Pleasant stay”
We were in Marmari for a friends wedding. Anthia Apartments was a close and cheaper alternative to staying at the resort where our friends got married. Staying here also allowed us to sample the food locally and support the local tourism There are plenty of places to visit for food and drinks within a 10 minute walk Marmari Beach is a 5 minute walk away There is a bus stop about 7 minutes walk away with regular buses to Kos town We are very thankful that Stergos was able to collect us from the airport too which was a pleasant addition to our stay
