We have stayed in many places in Marloth Park, but this experience was truly exceptional. The owners made us feel like honoured guests, and it was a privilege to meet them. The place is exquisite—very modern, with fabulous food. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfectly arranged for us.

Our stay with Neil and Val was truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome and completely at ease. Neil and Val are such a warm, kind and thoughtful couple, and their genuine care for their guests is something truly special. The B&B itself is a wonderful place to stay: peaceful, cozy and beautifully taken care of. But what really made our stay extraordinary was the hospitality. The food was absolutely incredible – freshly prepared every single day, with so much attention, love and care. Every meal was a highlight. As the ultimate cherry on top, Neil and Val helped my partner prepare my marriage proposal. Their involvement was so thoughtful, discreet and loving, and it meant the world to us. It says everything about the kind of people they are. Thank you, Neil and Val, for an experience we will cherish forever. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay in the Kruger Park. We would recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly and would love to return one day.

We had an unforgettable stay with Val and Neil! It felt like coming home and we were looked after so lovingly! Dinner and breakfast were delicious! The accommodation with its view of the garden, where the animals roam, and the whole property are simply paradise! We highly recommend spending time here! If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this accommodation again! It's wonderful to see how much dedication Val and Niel have put into building, preparing, maintaining, and enjoying everything! 10/10 ❤️

“Amazing, Fantastic, superb!!!”

This property is amazing! Neil and Val are the most lovely people. They welcomed us into their lodge, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed half board and the food was top notch- cooked fresh and super tasty! The accommodation is fantastic, Game walking around the grounds and Charlie the crocodile laid basking in the lake in the sun was a pleasure to see. The rooms are well equipped and clean and the bed is so comfortable. Amazing place 10/10

“Lovely boutique lodge with the best hosts!”

The host, neil and val are very warm and welcoming. They did everything to make us feel at home. Their attention to tiny details, and the instructions that they gave for our safari were impeccable and extremely helpful. Room was as mentioned on site. Food was delectable and exactly the way we liked it. Impalas and warthogs were regular visitors during our stay and you could see them right through the room and the dining area. Tip: Please do consider booking the full day safari through these guys. It is way better than the SAN park safari. Do go for a walk from the property to the crocodile river. It's barely 1.5 kms away. We found a group of giraffes on the way.

“Absolutely flawless.”

What an absolute dream of a place to stay. Val and Neil treat you like family. Before the booking, Val's communications were first class, and this continued right through to the moment we checked out (even after, as Val wanted to know when we got to the airport and then back to Johannesburg)! The food was excellent throughout the say. Portions are extremely generous, as were Neil's wine pouring measures. Please don't think twice about booking Dream of Africa for your trip to Kruger. We hope that one day we'll be back.

Fabulous Lodge close to Krueger Park for a true safari experience. Wonderful staff and excellent attention to every detail made for us a very comfortable stay. The owners Neil and Val always concerned with every detail to make us feel at home. Our host and knowledgeable guide Neil showed us some amazing African animals on our safari tour - an experience not to be missed!
