Overview
Located directly on the shores of the Markkleeberger See (lake) to the south of Leipzig, this holiday resort offers modern and cosy holiday homes. The Seepark Auenhain is a 2-minute walk from the beach, and offers other leisure activities on site, such as pool (billiards) and table football. Belantis theme park is a 12-minute drive away. Pamper yourself in the hotel wellness facilities, consisting of an indoor swimming pool and 4 different theme saunas. The Seeperle restaurant offers a range of German and Mediterranean specialities and also offers vegetarian options. Relax in the afternoon with a coffee or ice-cream on the hotel terrace, which offers sea views. Guests are welcome to use the beach volleyball court, and there is a canoe park just 300 metres away. There is a children’s playground as well as a childcare service for children aged 3 upwards. The resort is only a 25-minute drive from Leipzig city centre, and each holiday home has its own parking space.

“Relax”
We liked the house, well-groomed territory, cleanliness and furnishings of the room, attitude towards our pet. We had enough for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for families with children and animals.

Great location and great hospitality. The reception, restaurant and other service staff are very cooperative, friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean with all the required facilities and equipped with Kitchenette (Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric oven etc.). The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. Outside seating place with greenery around makes it beautiful and more relaxing. Lake is at a walkable distance ( 3 to 5 mins walk). You can walk around the lake area. The whole place is Pet Friendly, including a breakfast area and restaurant. The food at the restaurant serves an excellent dinner with a good variety on the card. Breakfast is good and with sufficient varieties. However, some variety is much appreciated instead of serving the same breakfast every day (daily change in some items). No significant impact, but suitable for travellers staying for 3 to 4 nights or even more,

We were staying in late September by very cold and rainy weather. Our apartment was on the ground floor, however it was perfectly warm thanks to the heated floor. It was so nice staff turned the heating on for our arrival! Very clean and neat accommodation with everything you need to stay with the family. I was surprised the place was quite popular even in autumn. Also the price was pleasant, very good value for money. Employees were very friendly and helpful, easy to communicate.
