“Very clean, very quietC centrally located. Perfect.”
It’s a clean, quiet hotel. Stayed 2 nights - a Sat and Sun. Great water pressure in the shower, bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Very quiet. Not fancy, but perfect for what I needed. Front desk and housekeeping staff all very friendly and warm. Highly recommended.

“Very disappointing experience overall.”
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff attitude was extremely rude and unfriendly. I felt disrespected and looked down upon, especially because I do not speak English very well. Instead of being patient and helpful, the staff made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was also unacceptable. The room had a bad smell, and the hygiene standards were very poor. This is not the level of service I expected from a hotel. I would not recommend this place to others unless the management improves both customer service and cleanliness.

The front desk staff were extremely perfunctory and uncooperative. Even though I had successfully changed the information on the website, they refused to accept it. They saw the information but kept saying they couldn't see it clearly and insisted that I write it down one by one. After wasting my time, they still said they couldn't check me in.
