Overview
The River Rock Inn is Mariposa's oldest motel. Located 40 minutes’ drive from Yosemite National Park, River Rock Mariposa Inn features a spacious sun terrace. “Beautiful surroundings”
The location of the motel was perfect for us. It's a cosy little motel, with a coffee shop which, although it doesn't belong to the owners, they offer 20% discount for guests. The owners, although all the interactions were remote, were friendly and helpful. We had a nice bed and the coffee machine we always want in our rooms. Everything was clean.

“A charming, clean, and perfectly located base for exploring Yosemite and the historic town of Mariposa.”
The location was excellent—right in the heart of Mariposa with easy walking to all the restaurants and the YARTS bus stop for Yosemite. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The garden patio was a nice, quiet place to relax in the morning.
