All sea related decorations in our top attic floor room with 4 beds. Even towels were all turquoise. The hosts went to great lengths to take our breakfast order, details down to the type of bread and it was delicious.

Great hosts, absolutely beautiful house with amazing garden.

The bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The two owners took such excellent care of us, and we wanted for nothing. We were only there for one night, so unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the area.

A beautiful location! Wonderful breakfast, George and Jean were wonderful hosts. Such a friendly family atmosphere, I wish we could have stayed longer.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming and the house and furnishings were just like from Homes and Country; very relaxing and comfortable and very clean! The breakfast included a delicious fruit salad, yogurt and granola and cooked breakfast which set us up for the day. The best air b & b we have stayed in the U.S. The location was also perfect for exploring the Cape area by car which was another bonus. Thank you again George and Jean for a wonderful 4 night stay..

All excellent and brilliant maintained by fantastic hosts, Jean and George! Overwhelming decorated and equipped almost like a charming museum. Breakfast was excellent and served as individually selected and from finest quality. Interaction with the hosts and other guests were a delightful detail and well appreciated by us. Lovely garden and orchard around the historic house. Lots of restaurants in the near surrounding and a good location to explore the south east of Massachusetts. Stringent recommendation to be a guest in Jean`s and George`s house !

“A wonderful experience at Silvershell Inn”

We stayed at the Silvershell for 4 days. I can honestly say it is a pleasant and special experience. The home is clean, safe and comfortable with the bonus of free parking and excellent location. The garden behind the house is very impressive .You can tell how much care and attention George, the owner, has put into the place. George and Caroline are great to chat with and ask for recommendations. We really enjoy our stay here! Thank you for the raspberry ice cream and the warm talk we had. We would come back again and highly recommend this place. Hope the family all the best !
