Located 50 metres from the beach in the traditional fishing village of Marina, Villa Marija offers an outdoor pool and air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and large balconies boasting splendid sea views. Free parking is provided. Flat-screen satellite TV and sofa are featured in the living room of all apartments, which also have private bathrooms with shower. There is also a well equipped kitchen in each unit. You can use the barbecue on site. You can find a restaurant serving Mediterranean food and a grocery shop only 20 metres from the Marija. There is a local bus station at a distance of 100 metres. A marketplace with fresh groceries and fish, as well as a cash machine, can be found in the village centre, about 500 metres away. UNESCO-protected historic town of Trogir is 15 km from the Marija Villa, Primošten is 24 km away, while the city of Split is at a distance of 35 km.

“Really lovely and quiet, gorgeous beaches, very quiet on an evening!”
We loved the quietness of the pool area and the apartment was extremely comfortable and clean with fabulous views over the sea, truly amazing! Our host Liljyana was so friendly and lovely, nothing was a bother! Beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk (few steepish steps from the apartment), a nearer supermarket would have been useful but the 20 min walk was beautiful via the beach and marina!

“Brilliant villa, close to beach, lovely and helpful owners”
Was met by the owner with the keys and shown around the villa. Very kindly gave us a lift to the supermarket as we didn't have a car so we could buy food and drink and not have to carry it back

We're so happy we booked this hotel and we had a fantastic visit. The villa is located in a safe, calm neighborhood. The view from the balcony is stunning and the beach is just a one minute walk away. Pictures don't do it justice! We especially liked the convenience of having a kitchen and a dish washer. The hosts are great, honest people.

Villa Marija is one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed. Wonderful hosts, wonderful views, fantastic apartment. Marina is a place that provides tourists with all the comforts, and the proximity of Trogir and Split makes it a perfect place for a vacation.

“Beautiful vacation in a beautiful place”
Great apartment in a beautiful villa, next by the beach. The apartment is equipped with everything that may be needed during the holidays, nice and very helpful Owners. Everything was perfect. Really nice and clean swimming pool, amazing sea view from the terrace.

“Spacious aparment with a breathtaking view”
Everything was perfect - the host was very nice (speaking perfect English), the apartment was spacious, clean and cozy, nice and clean pool and the beach is really close (1 min.). There is even a small shop nearby (you can buy pastries for breakfast or drinks while you are on the beach). And the view from the aparment was just breathtaking. This was our second stay here and we hope to return soon. Thank you to Liliana for her excellent service.

We liked absolutely everything about this short stay at Villa Marija. Our host, mrs Ljiljana was very charming and helpful. The location of the Villa is also great. The room was very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was magnificent. The room was very well equipped, well above our expectations. The swimming pool was also very clean and tidy and a great relaxation after the day. We highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone who needs a good place to stay.
