“Hospitality”
We had a wonderful stay this weekend! A special thank you to the receptionists, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The whole team went above and beyond with their extra hospitality, making us feel truly at home. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!!

Excellent hotel. We loved the room and also the garden. The private beach in front of the hotel was AMAZING. Clearest water you will see. Sara in reception was very helpful and friendly. Also the staff in the kitchen and the breakfast staff were very nice. We plan to stay here again.

“Overall it’s a nice hotel if you come for swimming and relaxing holiday.”
Nice and comfortable beds, clean rooms, would clean the rooms without asking and would do a very good job. Have a private beach with sun beds and umbrellas, the sea and beach was cleaned. Good breakfast. Reception is helpful though all staff mainly would speak only French so not always we would understand them.

“Couldn't wait to leave, 1 female receptionist was rude she was there this morning, Internet password”
Breakfast average no aircom in restaurant we were sweating flies on food. Location was good by the sea nice scenery of mountains.

“Mauvaise expérience”
I’m deeply disappointed by how I was treated at this hotel. I came to visit a friend, and one of the security guards spoke to me in a highly disrespectful, aggressive, and threatening manner, telling me to “get out or else…”. His behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely out of line. When I tried to report the incident to the management, no one took the time to listen. The manager ignored me, and the security guard denied everything without any consequence. Such a lack of professionalism and basic respect for guests is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
