“Perfect family stay in Marina di Pisa – beautiful traditional house, great location, and a very help”

Our family of four had a fantastic stay in Marina di Pisa. The house was exactly as described – a charming, traditional Italian home in a perfect location. It had everything we needed and more. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us excellent restaurant recommendations and advice on places to visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - so warm, supportive, and always available if we needed anything. She provided very comprehensive recommendation about restorans, markets, places to visit, etc. The house itself is a true gem: cozy, full of character, and designed with an authentic touch that perfectly reflects the local charm. Every detail felt thoughtful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. One of our favorite spots was the lovely green terrace—lush, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. Very nice pebbly beach near the house, comfortable spot overall. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

“A gorgeous apartment”

The staff was. marvelous. We got plenty of recommendations for facilities and restaurants. A private garden. Washing machine and dishwasher. Short distance to bath and restaurants, slightly longer to shops.

A typical local house, we loved the style as well as the inner garden. Everything was in a walking distance - beach, shops, restaurants. We got a lot of useful information from the owner, who was really nice and took great care of us. We will definitely come again in the future, an excuisite accommodation!

We had a lovely stay in Marina di Pisa. Perfect location – just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the beautiful seaside promenade. We can easily recommend this place.The house was big,clean and placed 100 meters from both sea,wonderful forest for trips in the shade and the bus stop if going to Pisa town. “Alles perfekt”

Very close to the beach and for exploring Tuscany by car an optimal place. Very kind and hospital owners who respond rapidly and help even beyond usual cases.

Giulia was an exceptional host, she was very friendly, informative and approachable. Very spacious living space and comfortable beds. I stayed here with my mother and sister and it was the perfect break away. Very close to the Marina, cafes and restraunts and bus stops. The villia was absolutely immaculate and incredibly clean. Would 100% stay again.

Lovely house, very close to the sea. Great location to explore beaches, restaurants and the coast. Our children also really enjoyed the tree climbing adventure park and small water park nearby. Giulia was an excellent host, really kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

All the positive reviews you read here are true; our stay with Giulia was wonderful. The host is accommodating and very helpful, providing us with plenty of tips on local restaurants and excursions around Tuscany. The house is spacious and equipped exactly as described and shown in the photos. It's about a 2-minute walk to the sea, and the center with restaurants and ice cream shops is also very close. During our stay, we also got to meet Giulia's parents, who were very pleasant and friendly, and we were always happy to see them. Our two children loved this place, and we definitely recommend staying here if you want to experience the true Tuscan atmosphere and meet nice people. Thank you once again! :)

“Excellent accomodation!”

It was a wonderful stay! Beautiful, cozy, very spacious and clean accomodation with a very cute garden😊also a perfect location - just a few minutes away from seaside or groceries store. The hosts were super helpful and nice.We also really enjoyed the town Marina di Pisa - calm and peaceful but also offering attractions and public transport to Pisa! Would love to come back😉

Beautiful - two floor house, very spacy, I estimate from like 19th century (just my guess), equipped with furniture in this style, but with modern kitchen. Clean and well equipped - What I really liked is how clean and equipped the apartment is. The owner really keeps her eye in little details, which makes the living there very comfortable and made us to feel great there. Starting from spices available in the kitchen up to the furniture and decorations in all the rooms. It is outstanding compared to other accommodations I experienced. Spacy - House with beautiful outside terrace. Inside with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, which can be modified to another bedroom with two big beds, dining room, nice spacy stairway, kitchen, very nice outside terrace equipped with furniture. And washing machine, dishwasher, etc. We were there as two families and it was big enough. Perfect communication - Owners are very open and communicative. They provided us with all information needed, like restaurants, supermarkets, places to visit. When I had a question, I have received the answer very quickly. I would rate the communication as outstanding.

“Beautiful villa”

Beautiful villa to stay in and experience the beauty of Tuscany. It is designed with the stylish furniture. In reality it is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It is situated near the sea. With my family, we enjoyed amazing sunsets almost every evening. Giulia, the owner, is very friendly and most helpful. We highly recommend this place.

Very nice hosts, we received great local tips from them - what to visit, what Tuscany food to try. They were taking good care of us :-), Beatiful house and charming backyard. Lots of restaurants and food shops and gelato places available closeby. Beach was also closeby.

“A cozy nice house with a perfect location and very friendly and helpful hosts”

The house is very well furnished with a mixture of modern and classic furniture and perfectly clean. The rooms are spacious and there is a cozy backyard with a lot of greenery that is perfect for having a rest or getting together for dinner with the company you are travelling with. The host Giulia and her parents who are actually living next door are very polite, always smiling, helpful and friendly, providing a lot of information for sightseeing in the region. Strongly recommend for families and companies who wish to see Pisa and the surroundings like Lucca, Cinque Terre, etc.

“The best place we've been to”

A unique place. In Italy, we have been many times, but we have never met such a caring host as Giulia. She helped in planning trips to local places and was available on the phone throughout the trip. The suite was extraordinary. Comfortable, spacious and well-maintained in every way. We will definitely visit this place again.
