It's was nice an peaceful to stay there, the beds were comfy, and the courtyard welcoming for enjoying your evening. Clean, hassle free, good value for money and convenient location.

“Unexpected Find.”

The stay was an extra to an existing holiday so we could get a better more sociable flight home. The bathroom was a bit cramped but clean and usable. The double bed was two singles pushed together and was covered with an old style bedspread. The entrance indicated it was a bed and breakfast but the owner did not provide this service. He had a very nice patio for this kind of service but maybe it was out of season? Car parking was free when we went but is chargeable in high season looking at the street signage and new charging machines being installed. However there are many eateries in the area including a brilliant ice-cream parlour run by the owner. Access to Pisa was a short drive away. Nearby is Lucca and Florence is not too far. It's only 5km from Pisa International Airport. However Marine di Pisa is a charming place in its own right with good restaurants as said and a very safe sandy beach protected by a break water. There are other more stony beaches with large boulders to protect the coast. There is also a large harbour at the mouth of the River Arno with many large yachts. Overall it was a good place to stay and we will be using it to explore the area.

“Perfect place for a quiet short stay close to the seaside and minutes drive from Pisa centre”

Positive impression from the start: the welcome and information provided by the owner were delivered professionally and with a touch of warmth which set my mood high for the only night I'd spend there. The room and toilet/shower/bidet were spotless, and the toiletries more than adequate. Competitive quality/price ratio. Breakfast wasn't included, however the owner gave me directions for an outstanding café/patisserie shop just four minutes walk away, which I confirm worth to visit. Overall a very positive experience for a one night stay.

“Pisa de marina”

We liked the location as it was a nice walk to all the restaurants and not far from the beach but our room was clean and beds were made and towels were changed daily .

This was perfect it absolutely exceeded my expectations and I felt sad that I only had time for one night. The host was super nice, I gave him a call that we're waiting in front of the gate and in few minutes he was there with great mood and made us feel very comfortable, showed us everything and was smiling all the time. It was quiet at night, the AC was also quiet and working very well, rooms were spacy, when you got out of the room you has space outside to sit which we unfortunately didn't have time to use. I definitely plan to return to this place, I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Great stay Walking distance to the beach and restaurants So peaceful after the craziness of Rome it was great to chill out!

The owner is very nice and helpful. Our room was small, but suitable for a short stay over the weekend. The location is really nice, close to bars, restaurants, bus stop and of course to the sea. I recommend, we really had a good time here.
