A great location for those who want to stay by the sea and visit Pisa. The guesthouse is decorated in authentic Italian style, featuring fishing nets, antique maps, and other nautical and fishing paraphernalia. It's also close to a bus stop and a supermarket. Marina di Pisa also has numerous restaurants, cafes, and bistros, many of which are open from 7 a.m. The beach of Marina di Pisa is made entirely of marble pebbles, which keeps the water azure and transparent. The owner is very welcoming and serves breakfast every morning, including juices, water, fresh rolls, cereal, and milk, cheese and prosciutto, butter, yogurt, Nutella, muffins and donuts, tea, and, of course, espresso. While it's not a five-star hotel, the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable.

“You get what you see on the photos”

For the price we paid it’s ok however all is very basic and functional including breakfast. For 1 or 2 nights is ok, but not for longer. Good news is: study the pictures of the profile and you get 100% what you see.

“A Good Welcome in a Convenient Location”

This is a small B&B in a house on a small housing estate; the rooms (there’re only three, I think) are functional and clean with a separate small, but private, bathroom. The lady of the house does everything to make you feel welcome and, despite a lack of English (and my lack of Italian) communication is not a problem. There is a free parking space and the wifi worked very well. Breakfast was served in the garden and was sufficient. Il Pescatore is a 30 minute drive from Livorno port so, if you have arrived back on a ferry in the late afternoon, it makes a good stopover before a long drive the next day. Finally, it is less than ten minutes to walk to the seafront at Marina di Pisa, which is well worth a visit for its excellent seafront and range of bars and restaurants. I can recommend Zenit Cafe on the seafront for an artisanal beer, pizza and superb service. I also recommend Il Pescatore as value for money for a stopover.

“Relaxing and enjoyable stay”

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay — nothing to complain about. While we didn’t spend much time indoors, as we were out sightseeing in Pisa, sunbathing and swimming at the local beach, walking along the promenade in the evenings, and enjoying delicious local food and gelato, it was always nice to return to such a peaceful place. We stayed in two separate bedrooms on the top floor — one overlooking the lovely garden, and the other with a small balcony facing the street. Both rooms were very quiet and equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are basic but spotlessly clean, with a private bathroom located on the same floor. The location is great, with a bus stop nearby for easy access to Pisa, a food store just around the corner, and plenty of nice restaurants and the sea promenade within walking distance. Breakfast was served each morning in the beautiful garden and was a real highlight — offering a generous variety of fresh, local food. Coffee was also available at any time, which was a lovely touch. The host was very kind and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a quiet, convenient location. Highly recommended!

Bathroom was separate from the room down the corridor opposite the communal kitchen !! Walk from bathroom to room was met by other renters . Sheared at night what we n needed the loo! Food and drink can be kept in fridge with name label . One of the residents took my alcoholic beverages !!!!!

It was very clean and well organised It’s in walking distance to the Marina and only a few minutes into Pisa by car.

On the last our morning wile we was at the table having breakfast. The host let other people in, it felt very uncomfortable as they was looking around and we needed to use the bathrooms and finish our breakfast.

Il Pescatore is a sweet B&B run by very friendly hosts. The room was very clean, with a TV and air conditioning, and a window that looks to the back yard. I was very happy that the window had a net, so I could keep it open without worrying about mosquitoes. The room has its own bathroom which was also very clean. The downstairs area is the common kitchen where you can use the fridge, but no cooking.

Poor breakfast, Not this value for that money, no separate bathroom, also not very clean, really dissapointed
