Lovely and intimate place, beautiful and great smelling garden, very nice pool and best of all the two hosts that gave us a great welcome and made sure our stay is as pleasant as possible. They even accommodated for a late check out to make sure our son can nap before we leave. Just amazing!

This is a very quiet place with a beautiful garden and pool area. Our room was well equipped, very clean but perhaps a bit expensive for mid September. The situation is OK, a 5 minutes drive from Marina di Modica.

Very nice pool area with good options for shadow around it. Nice appartment, nice terrasse close to pool but still private. Beautiful beaches only 15 min away. We will come again.

“A great place to explore southern Sicily”

Lovely property. It’s very serene and quiet, the pool was a great way to start and end the day of visiting the nearby sandy beaches and villages like ragusa, modica, noto and many more. The owner Rosario is the best part, always ready to help. He lent us his umbrellas for the beach, and was always very fast in responding. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. All-in-all a great stay.

We had a nice stay at I 5 Sensi. The pool area and terrace of the appartment are really nice. Also it is a good place to visit the baroque cities and the beaches near by are beautiful.

1. Definitelly the garden with variety of herbs and plants is the strongest point plus cleanliness of the appartment. 2. Spacious swimming pool is a big plus. 3. The host was around to help in answering our questions, giving guidances whta to see or providing additional stuff like beach umbrellas, wine glasses or another frying pan. 4. Proximity to the sea and beaches within 7-minute drive. Our favorite beach was one with dunes located at https://goo.gl/maps/GWW5YNQEPSPUneZ38 or coordinates: 36.715811, 14.756162 though there was no bar in there, so drinks and snacks had be selfmade or bought in advance. The host very helpful and takes into account all our wishes.

A lovely place, beautiful garden and pool surrounded by fields of olive, almond and carob trees.. The rooms are rustic rather than plastic 'luxury'. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was effective. Good 4 burner hob but no microwave or cooker, though there is a large barbecue in the grounds. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. The owner, Rosario, speaks some English and couldn't have been nicer. There is no restaurant here, and no breakfast is provided. A neighbouring Agriturismo 1km away, Terra Nova "Tenuta Sparaceto" does food, set menus of local specialties which is very nice and reasonably priced. And there are lots of restaurants in the coastal towns (though you need a car). The beaches are myriad, and very sandy with safe bathing. And if you need architecture and culture (and Inspector Montalbano locations) there's Scicli, Monica and Ragusa nearby. All in all a great place to stay

The location was amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and sarrounding gardens are very well maintained. The owners are also very friendly.
