Overview
Just 200 metres from the public beach in Marina di Modica, Blu ModicAmare residence offers a free outdoor pool and air-conditioned apartments. On site there is a bar, garden and a free private parking area. Apartments at the Blu ModicAmare include a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and furnished dining area. They feature ironing facilities, a TV and private bathroom. Some apartments have a balcony while all come with 2-tone modern furnishings. You can relax in the furnished TV room while having a drink from the bar. In summer, use of 1 parasol and sun loungers on the sun terrace is included. Free WiFi is available in public areas, and children's games and board games are also available. In the surroundings, there are supermarkets, Sicilian restaurants and pizzerias. Transfers to/from Catania Airport are organised upon request and at extra costs.

The location and facilities were amazing. The hotel is perfect for families with kids. Bakeries,groceries,pharmacy and gelateria are very close.

“Perfect stay in an amazing residence next to one of the most beautiful beach in Sicily”
Everything was perfect! Lot of attention for cleaning both internal and external areas. Central position at 200mt from the main beach. Residence is very quite and is perfect for a relaxing holiday with families and little ones. Staff was just perfect! The apartments have A/C and are fully furnished with everything you could need for cooking and cleaning. We will definitely come back there next year! Thanks again to the staff for their excellent job!

Small but comfortable apartment. Clean and nice hotel complex. Pleasent pool where we could swim and watch our kids playing. Close to the beach. Helpful staff.

“Value for money and great location”
2 bed rooms! Often you only get 1 room and kids sleeping in the lounge on a sofa bed. 2 beds rooms – great family accommodation. Shutters / black out slats - all worked great Double Glazing / sound proofing - brilliant Air Conditioning - worked perfectly Very Very Very clean ! (everywhere - apartment - pool - reception - car park ) Lots of car parking ! Secure / gated entrance Close to beach Beach shower by side gate

“lovely clean apartments ideal for a lovely beach holiday”
The apartment was in a great position just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. the air conditioning worked like a dream. The staff were all lovely and I found the entire stay very good value for money.
