I would give a 10 to this accommodation but the hotel is not aligned with booking.com regarding the final price of the stay so they may appear inconsistencies at check out

“I just wish we would’ve stayed a couple of nights more, it was lovely!”
It was great for our kids because of the big garden and the staff was super nice.

The breakfast was not up to the standards of a four star hotel. I believe serving machine coffee in a hotel in Italy should not be prohibited:)

“Very poor service. Rooms and pool area need to be refurbished”
The toilet was broken. A plumber needed to be called but was not available for a few hours. Also the fixtures in the shower were hanging from the wall. The soap dispenser was broken. I reported all this within 10 mins of taking the room and asked to an alternative room but was told nothing available. I asked if I could take a refund and go elsewhere as I wanted to rest and did not want to wait for a plumber to arrive. I was told it was not possible to get a refund. Very disappointing.
