“Fabulous hotel for our 4 day stay”

Friendly staff. Room was spotless with all the amenities you need. Hotel pool and surrounding area was extremely well maintained. Thought the pool would be cold as it is not heated but as it faces south the hot sunshine made it a comfortable temperature even in early June. Breakfast is exceptional with plenty of choice and great venue overlooking the sea

“Perfect in every way”

Perfect hotel, made even more perfect by the staff.

Staff was nice and helped us upgrade to a room with terace and a view. Breakfast was ok diverse and plenty. The ordoor pool and yard are very nice. Very close to the beach in the best part of Massa. Parking is pretty expensive but you can find free parking at 2-5 min walk.

It was to sleep over, as we went to the Viareggio Carnavale. However the experience was amazing. The breakfast and the accommodations are in our memories forever. Space in the rooms, amenities, a closet to empty the luggage and organise everything.

“A perfect place to unwind!”

This hotel has the BEST team. Every single person we encountered was really friendly and helpful. The view from our room was spectacular and the restaurant was top class. The menu, service and theatre of our dining experience rivelled any experience we've had in the area and we cannot wait to go back. The valet car parking is a great serviced offered as Marina di Massa can get difficult to find spaces, but we just rocked up to the door and everything was taken care off. The location just across from the beach was perfect!

Staff were great ! very accommodating. This included reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning staff. Location is good. Room was clean. Hotel decor is nice. Breakfast offering was pretty good

Location is great, very close to beach clubs and restraunts. Parking that has been provided is very close and looks quite secure.

The AC and the pool was great. The beds were a bit too hard but still better rhan in most italian hotels. The front office excelled, as usual. The man by the pool was also incredibly service-minded. Thank you for showing us how to give perfect service.

“Great location and service, but rooms could use an update”

We had a lovely stay overall! The hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from both the beach and restaurants, which made everything super convenient. We enjoyed the cosy lounge area. We also really loved the pool area, both for relaxing and for cooling off in the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and good quality. We were especially impressed by the wonderful staff – friendly, attentive, and always helpful.
