A scale of 10 stars doesn’t really give it justice. Staying here was the highlight of our trip. The house was full of warmth not only from the cozy space, the dogs (we will miss petting Lilli and Teo so much) the views and the peaceful garden, but especially from the host himself, Riccardo, and his wonderful mother who tried and tried talking to us even though we didn’t speak the same language. Food for breakfast was delicious, various and filling, you can see and feel it was prepared with care. I especially appreciated the bikes, it was a great pleasure to explore the area this way. Thank you for your quiet kindness, for making sure we were comfortable, for the little things. We left with heavy hearts, but full of gratitude. Thank you for everything. Wishing you all the best c:

“We felt safe and calm”

We felt safe and calm. The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. I’m assuming it feels safe when you travel alone as well. The owner was very present and kind. The breakfast was mostly sweet but filling. The rooms were cleaned every day, they were spatious and we also had a balcony with sweet grapes. We biked to the beach but the location is very close to the bus station and you can pay inside the bus with a credit card. There is a free beach just after 3 bus stations and also other private but very organised ones (we took warm showers there before going into town in the evenings). The train stations is also easy to access with the same bus and the town center as well. The peaceful garden is a bonus. There are many restaurants with very decent prices and delicious food (Gnam, Teresa dal 1958).

“A few days at Casa Cambini”

Excellent breakfast eaten in the beautiful garden each morning. Welcoming family run hotel. Interesting design of rooms, comfortable and vintage. Wi-Fi good. Buses nearby for station, town and beach. Free use of bikes. We loved the dogs! A great place to stay. Thank you Ricardo.

Casa Cambini is a small jewel, no frills rooms but super charmy and comfortable. Bed and Pillow were also great! The Host Riccardo is very careful and helped us with everything we need… and the cakes, the breakfast and all his flowers and plants were so good and beautiful as his kindness!

Beautiful garden and quiet place. Breakfast was fine and surrounded by chilling music.

This place is just amazing! Very cozy, peaceful and inspiring. But the soul of this place is its people! Thanks for having us, it was a wonderful time. We have a lot of warm memories and we will definitely return!

The host is available and very kind. Varied, tasty and personal breakfast. Unique atmosphere of the 70s. Environmental awareness.

The breakfast was incredible. The staff were lovely and welcoming and went out of their way to assist me. It was good value for money. I had such a relaxing time.

“Real cosy B&B”

Real B&B. Family house with few rooms for guests. Rustic atmosphere in a positive way. No bells and whistles but all you really need is there. Friendly host, always there to help. Fresh breakfast made by the hosts themselves every day that you can enjoy outside in a green yard or in the cosy living room. Extras included WiFi and bikes you can freely use. Lovely family dogs :)

“Amazing stay in Massa”

We spent the amazing 3 nights there. Riccardo and his family are really warm people who helped us in many occasions. He adviced the good restaurants or he managed the places at the private beach. And he served the fantastic breakfast. I can imagine that we could return back if we choose to spend few days in Massa for future.

Amazing house with delicious breakfast served by Ricardo every morning in the garden. Free bikes to get to the beach or to Massa. View for the mountains and two cute dogs - this was such a great place to stay. Huge plus for the vintage vibe!

Our stay passed very pleasantly, we felt like at home :) Ricardo is a great host, very helpful and makes delicious breakfasts. You can see that he cares about his guests. Greetings :)

The hosts were extremely friendly and open, and had the sweetest dogs! There is a very good restaurant just next to the property, and the breakfast served at the b&b was fantastic. Also the rooms were very clean and comfortable! 10//10 would stay again :)!

Everything we’ve read about Casa Cambini holds true. Yes, the owner served us the most delightful breakfast (including pastries he bakes every morning on his own!!!). Yes, there were two dogs that loved to be pet. And yes, there was a little library crowned with Derek Jarman’s poetry book. Much like Jarman did in Dungeness, Riccardo maintains a little garden oasis in Massa with the help of friends and family. And it’s been great to stay there, thank you!

Excellent Breakfast and such a nice garden. Great that we could use the bikes and the beach umbrella for free.

Nice and tidy room, very kind and helpful host, cozy garden with tables and chairs and bikes to travel around the city. The breakfast was amazing, it was one of the best part of our days. The owner's dog is an affectionate, gentle teddy bear who greeted us happily every day.

“Absolutely great place and very good value for money”

Everything was perfect! :) the best host, his family and the dogs! All very helpfull and friendly. We really appreciate that we could spend here some time and regret it was only 2 nights. I can recommend this place for everyone looking for true Italian experience :) nice, local restaurants just few minutes walk from the Casa, possibility to use bikes from owner to explore area around and the beach :) and delicious, freshly made Italian breakfast served each morning. Thank you Ricardo for all your help and kindness.
