Set in front of its private beach, Hotel Stella Marina is 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Marina di Cecina. It boasts air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor pool, and a restaurant with bar. The hotel has an excellent location directly on the beachfront, and from the outside it looks very nice, organized, and well maintained. However, the interior of the hotel feels quite old and seems like it has not been renovated for many years. The rooms were clean, but also very outdated. The bathroom was old as well, although everything was kept clean. One thing worth mentioning is that the sunbeds and umbrellas in front of the hotel are not actually included in the price, even though it is stated that they are. The extra cost is around 20–30€ per day. Fortunately, there is a free public beach very close to the hotel, so this was not a big issue for us. The breakfast was decent and overall acceptable. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the location right by the sea.

It was super clean. The location was excellent. The night porter was as helpful as he could be on our late arrival. The bedroom cleaning staff were wonderful & always smiling even though they couldn’t communicate with us in English. They cleaned meticulously. The restaurant & bar staff were superb & ever so friendly.

“There were not enough activities in the city itself and experiences, so we went out by car to Pisa and Forenza, the last”
Good location to the beach, around everything you need for a vacation by the sea. Breakfast lived up to expectations, had everything you needed. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly, always answering questions that popped up.
