“Beach side comfort.”
Right by the beach but with their own large pool and other facilities. Plenty of space. Comfortable rooms.

“old and abandoned hotel”
the environment of the hotel is very untidy, the hotel offers a room with a view of the garden, and on arrival you get a room with a view of the yard and rubbish bins. the plants were dry, unattended, garbage was thrown in the yard, the rooms had not seen repairs for a long time. True, the breakfast was not bad.
