“Great”
Great accommodation. Closest restaurant is at the front door, the others only a minute by foot. Beach, bars and shops are only 2 min walking. Everything in the appartment is perfect with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and even a washing machine and thumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equiped and leading to a very cosy balcony at the rear. Finding the parking space is quite simple if you call Francesco before arriving, he will lead the way. Great host who is living in the apparment below and always ready to help.

“Fantastic location, authentic Elba location - must stay!”
Francesco was an amazing hospitable and helpful host. He showed us all the facilities and introduced us to the house. He waited for us on-site to hand over the key too even though we arrived earlier than expected.

“Fabulous location in Marina di Campo, highly recommended, we will be back !!”
The location is just absolutely awesome. Right in the city center with easy access but still very quiet at night. A lot of great restaurants nearby, 2 supermarkets in walking distance. The beach is within 2 minutes walk. The apartment has 3 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms each with a shower, a washing machine, a dryer, an excellent kitchen, 2!! fridges and air-conditioning. Everything is very well taken care of and in excellent condition. We really enjoyed our time at Casa Franco.

“Amazing stay in the centre of town in old Italian house”
If you always wondered how it would be to stay in one of of those Italian houses with the nice windows...well this is your chance. This amazing old building is like maritiem museum, with all the small doors, little rooms and amazing furniture. All the modern features are available like WiFi, air-conditioning without losing the old feel of the building. Amazing place an my kids loved staying over in the middle of the beste little town on Elba. Communication how to get there and check in are super convenient.
