Joël is friendly, and was flexible with check in process. Location is alright, need your car 10min to get anywhere.

Great location, nice view

“A fabulous apartment with a stunning sea view”

Joel, the owner was super helpful. He picked me up and took me back to the airport when I left. He drove me around to see the shops, all is walking distance. The building is secure and has a private pool and beach area. It's a quiet location, which was just want I was looking for.

Good studio apartment, very comfortable, well equipped and very well located with easy walk to town of Marigot and the marina areas. Great view across the bay and very good pool, but beach access not easy.

“A very pleasant stay”

The view from this condo is excellent. We liked this location in the building, because it had a view of the pool and the ocean as well. It was a short walk to downtown Marigot. We swam in the pool and in the ocean. Water shoes are a must to swim off this beach. The condo was equipped with beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. The restaurants nearby were excellent. Le Croissant Royal had the best croissants we've ever had. Le Tropicana has a nice menu and the food was very good. We used the local busses to get around the island, and they ran frequently. There are stores nearby to buy groceries.

“A good foundation but in need of an update”

Near the centre and great strip along the coast with food. The apartment had several essentials for cooking or cleaning. There was a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, mask and fins.

Great location, right on the water and short walk to restaurants. Joel was also very nice and helpful and picked me up from the airport and explained how everything worked.

Very well and thoughtfully equipped. Lovely view. Very well located for Marigot with lots within walking distance. You can swim from the beach right outside.

The view was breathtaking and the apartment Is very well equiped.

Amazing view. Access to swimming pool. Close to Marigot port.

Everything. Even small things are present. Coffee, soap, oil... a lot of details and helpful information. Like home just with a better view from balcony:) breakfast with the sea view are amazing.
