“A Wonderful 15 Nights!”
We loved the host, Sandrine. She was extremely responsive, helpfull and friendly both before and during our stay. We especially enjoyed the private terrace and view of the ocean. Air Conditioning worked extremely well and that was important during extreme heat. The neighbours were both quiet and friendly! The building and unit was safe and provided for great security. The property is within easy walking distance of Marigot, many great restaurants (Chez Coco, So Benedict, Le Sous Marin, Le Tropicana, La Terrace and others), as well as the Port of Marigot, Marigot Market and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

“Amazing location near food and town”
Great location with a view of the sea from the patio. Very comfortable inside and quiet residence to enjoy a rest after a day of exploring. Great kitchen setup and space to settle in for a few nights.

Very comfortable studio apartment very well located within easy walking distance of the town centre, port and the marina area. Washing machine and pool a great bonus. Very helpful communications from the owner.

“A nice stay in a good location for a fair price.”
We were welcomed by the very friendly host Marcelle, which was a great start. It’s a nice apartment for a very fair price. Beautiful view on the sea. Easy to park your car and nice terrace with comfortable chairs. Very convenient too that there’s a washing machine. Also, the bed was comfortable and the swimming pool is lovely. We loved our stay there!

“Great location with lovely views and kind hosts .”
Very compact and safe but had everything you need including a coffee machine and large TV. Nice patio area with beautiful views and sounds of the sea and sailing boats. The complex has a lovely clean swimming pool . Location is ideal for walking into Marigot Town . The hosts are a lovely French couple who drove us to a lovely nearby beach town for the day when they discovered we didn’t have a car .

Very attentive host. Beach side location and views. Safe and quiet too. Washing machine was appreciated as had relatively few clothes due to lost bag. Walkable to town and restaurants. Easy parking too.
