“Great place and location to enjoy the summer break with family”
The appartment was very spacious. It offered 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen with dining place and living room plus bathroom. It was very easy to store all the things taken for a holidays and keep aside the emptied luggages. The appartment was very clean. What has been given was 2 set bed linings and towels, that was perfreclty enough for 10 days stay. Apartment included all home appliances according to spec on the reservation page. The builiding has got elevator, effective air conditioning and heating system. On top, you can book a private parking lot, which is recommended during summer season. It is not so easy to find an available municipal parking close by. It is at great location. The building is just next to the beach. Nothing more you need for sunbathing. The reception is located in Grand Terme Hotel, which is 200 meters from Palazzo. It offers access to hotel's restaurant, swiming pool and beach and you would receive a decent discount to access it. The service is very helpful and responsive to any request.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful apartment by the sea and I wanted to share my thoughts on it. The location was absolutely amazing! The apartment was situated right by the sea, which meant I could enjoy the beautiful views and the calming sounds of the waves. It was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the sea, which was a great spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The host was also very friendly and accommodating, always available to answer any questions I had. The communication was excellent, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay by the sea. The location is unbeatable, the apartment is cozy and comfortable, and the host is fantastic!

“Nice place to stay for a relaxing family vacation at the beach.”
The apartment is located in a street next to the beach, it seemed to me like a residential area mixed with Bed & Breakfast-accomodations. Various shops & restaurants are very close. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. Keys have to be collected at the Grand Hotel Terme, a 2-3min walk away from the apartment. There is one very large bedroom with a lot of space and enough wardrobes, and one smaller room with a large pull-out sofa bed. There are no wardrobes, though, in that second room. The ktichen is well equipped, with a dishwasher and a washing machine, but only 4 sets of cutlery, four coffee mugs, four pieces of 3 different kinds of plates (large, medium, small). You have to bring your own detergents and washing tabs. The bathroom was very clean, it has a large shower, the rest is rather small but sufficient for our family of four. In our apartment, there was no terrace or balcony.
