“it was terrible, i got a room instead of the booked apartment.”
I booked a mini apartment that should come with a bathroom and kitchen. This was also in my confirmation. Upon arrival i was given the access code to a single room, no bathroom, no kitchen, no TV, just a bed. Kitchen, bathroom and shower was shared with 5 other guests. When i called the property they pretended not to know anything. When i pressed on he said the apartments were fully booked. He told me we would find a solution and he would call me back. this was 16:30 i saw later i had a missed call at 20:30... so please be very careful when booking this.
